The people who kept Queen Latifah pretty are making some ugly accusations about the CoverGirl spokeswoman. Cosmetologist Roxanna Floyd and stylist Susan Moses say they’ve been stiffed out of $1 million for their work on Queen Latifah’s CoverGirl ad campaign, as well as the star’s “Curvations” line of intimate apparel.
The Brooklyn women filed separate breach of contract suits yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court against the “Bringing Down the House” star, whose real name is Dana Owens. Moses says Latifah promised her a $50,000-a-year salary when she went to work on the Curvations line in 2005, and is due $300,000.
“Despite such demands and assurances as well as expressions of remorse for having stiffed plaintiff … defendants have completely failed to pay plaintiff for her services and …. expenses relating to Curvations,” Moses’ lawyer Carmen Giordano wrote. Latifah spokeswoman Amanda Silverman called the suits “without merit,” but declined to discuss them further.
Floyd, known as Roxie, has used her powder puff to touch up the likes of Angela Bassett, Whitney Houston and Mary J. Blige. She says she’s owed $700,000. Until last year, she was a consultant for the CoverGirl line of cosmetic products known as the “Queen Collection,” the suit says.

LATIFAH FACES TWO LAWSUITS
ANDRE 3000 ARRESTED
The rapper was arrested near Atlanta Saturday for driving his 2007 Porsche Carrera at such a high speed that police called him "an accident waiting to happen," according to Atlanta's WSB-TV.
A police officer told the station that the MC was clocked at 109 MPH on Saturday morning, significantly over the 65-mph speed limit, on Interstate 75, and was arrested for the danger he posed.
"Traveling that fast along 75, you're passing people as if they're standing still," Henry County Police Captain Jason Bolton told the station. "It's an accident waiting to happen."
The MC was released after posting $1,200 bail, according to TMZ. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 29.
The arrest comes as State Representative Jim Cole is lobbying for a new "Super Speeder" bill to be passed in the state of Georgia. The law will force violators to pay an additional $200 fine for driving at more than 85 miles an hour on highways and four-lane roads. Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue has said he supports the bill and intends to sign it into law in the coming months.
Representative Cole told WSB that he hopes Benjamin will help rally support behind the bill.
"He might be willing to help us market it," Cole told the station.
GV Says: Wow.....That is absolutely ridiculous. Imagine if something as small as debris hit his car how much damage it could cause.DIDDY & CASSIE OUT OF THE CLOSET
SourceDiddy’s Miami mansion is quite the hookup spot. After their dramatic blowup last month, Rihanna and Chris Brown reunited at the rapper’s Star Island pad and now Diddy himself is getting some nookie at the love nest.
A source who attended a private after hours soiree at Diddy’s Florida home over the weekend exclusively tells Scandalist, “Diddy and Cassie were definitely together. They were all over each other and didn’t leave each other’s side the whole night.”
Diddy and Cassie have been rumored to be hooking up for more than a year, but the Bad Boy has always denied it. “I am still single and am not in love with anyone,” he said when rumors of he and Cassie being an item first surfaced.
Our source insists, however, that the two artists definitely looked hot and heavy. “They were hooking up all night,” our source revealed. And what a night it was. The source tells Scandalist that the party went until well past 7 am, when house DJ Felix played a special set for Diddy and his guests.
GV Says: This would explain Diddy's relentless commitment to Cassie's career. Hell....Danity Kane had two platinum albums and he dumped them like a bag of hot potatoes.

FLO RIDA INVOLVED IN ANIMAL CRUELTY INVESTIGATION
According to Lexington, Kentucky, television station WKYT, police are still looking for the MC's tour bus because of allegations from witnesses that two men exited the vehicle on Wednesday in Lexington and committed an act of cruelty on an animal.
A witness told an animal-control officer that they reportedly saw the men kill a rabbit, get back on the bus and drive away. Lexington Police, Kentucky State Police and Lexington Animal Control began investigating the incident immediately.
It's unclear if Flo Rida was involved in the alleged incident, but the rapper's label has issued a statement in which Rida denies anyone in his entourage harmed an animal. "While no one in my party was in any way involved in any incident, the media report that I saw was sickening. As an animal lover, I would never want to see cruelty inflicted upon them."
WKYT reported that at this point animal-control officers just want to question the people who were on the bus.METHOD MAN DENIES REPO REPORTS
Despite recent reports that the rapper is so broke that his 2008 Lincoln Navigator was repossessed to pay back taxes, Method Man — whose real name is Clifford Smith — insists his cash flow is just fine. In fact, he says, his penchant for marijuana is to blame for the mishap.
Citing the Wu Tang member for being $52,503 in arrears on his personal income taxes, the state Department of Taxation showed up at the Staten Island native’s home at 6 a.m. March 19 with “four NYPD cops and the repo team,” Meth told us. “I knew why they were there. It wasn’t like ‘Oh my God! Noo!! Don’t take it!’ like it is on that TV show [“Operation Repo”]. I was half-dressed, and it was so early that I just said, ‘Okay, you’re taking the truck. ... Aight.’”
The back story, according to the rapper, is simple.
“Myself, I’m a pothead,” he said on the set of a video shoot for his new album, “Blackout 2,” with Redman. “It’s no secret. Everyone knows that. I go on the road and forget everything else. Sure, [the tax department] sent letters to my house saying, ‘We need this money.’ They started sending them in 2002.
Here it is, 2009, and I never paid this s— because I don’t think like that!”
“I could have easily just written them a check for whatever amount, but no — I waited until they knocked on this door and were like, ‘We got your truck and we outta here,’ ” he laughed.
“Now I’m thinking we’ve gotta get our truck back, which means I have to get all my paperwork together,” the rapper continued. “That means days of going through mail, ’cause I got mail like woah.
I’ve found checks from 2005 that have never been opened yet. And we’re talking a significant amount of money! But I never opened [the tax department’s] letters ... so this is how the tax man came to Meth’s house and took his truck. Not because I was broke! I got plenty of money!”
When we referenced the famous Afroman song “Because I Got High,” Method Man just laughed.
“Exactly!” he said. “Because I got high, I forgot to pay. It was stupid. I’m an idiot for that.”
BEYONCE HITS THE ROAD
This get-up is just ......not attractive. Was that PC enough?
Unfortunately, the EdmontonJournal did give it great reviews:
If Beyonce’s first outing on her I Am … tour was no major disappointment, it was still a somewhat muddled affair, one that didn’t really clear up where the line between Beyonce and her supposed “alter ego” Sasha Fierce is drawn.
Opening with some momentous numbers — Beautiful Nightmare and Crazy In Love, which were peppered with touches of Eurythmics’ Sweet Dreams, DJ Kool’s Let Me Clear My Throat and The J.B.’s Pass the Peas — you would have thought Sasha was already in the house.
Add a rump-shaking Freakum Dress and, three songs in, Beyonce — ahem, Sasha Fierce — was already in full-blown party mode, shaking her golden-sequined, bow-clad tush and flailing her hair about wildly.
If only it had stayed that way.
The quieter, more introspective segment that followed was a collection of moments ranging from mildly corny (Ave Maria and an awkward on-stage wedding gown transformation) to supremely boring (Satellite).

T.I. SENTENCED
"Today I would like to say thank you to some, and apologize to all,"he told U.S. District Judge Charles Pannell Jr. at sentencing, according to the Associated Press.
T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, pleaded guilty last March after he was arrested in 2007 attempting to buy unregistered machine guns and silencers.
He will have between 30 and 60 days to report to prison. He has already completed about 1,000 hours of community service and warned youths about the pitfalls of guns, drugs and violence as documented on his MTV reality series T.I.'s Road to Redemption. He will need to complete 470 additional hours.
T.I. will be separated from his fiancé Tameka Cottle and his six children.
GV Says: We'll miss that sexy brother. I think out of this he found something positive in giving back. He looked so sick in his last Redemption episode as he talked about his upcoming sentence.

OCTOMOM FEELS THE HEAT
"I definitely think the babies should be placed in foster care, so they can have the consistent care that they need to have, that they are not getting from their mother," Allred told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM show.
Still fuming over Suleman's decision Monday to discontinue using the non-profit nursing group Angels In Waiting to care for her newborns, Allred says that Nadya is more interested in shopping than she is about her babies. "Of the 102 hours Angels In Waiting were in her home, Nadya only spent about eight hours in the nursery," Allred claimed.
Suleman, 33, now has four of her octuplets at her recently purchased home, along with her six other children. The other four octuplets, born prematurely in January, are still recovering at Kaiser Permanente's hospital in Bellflower, Calif.
When asked by Seacrest how Suleman spends her time when she's not at home, Allred charged, "Much of the time she's out shopping and when she returns she rarely stops in the nursery to see the babies or ask about how they are doing."
Toward the end of Allred's interview, Seacrest announced that someone had just phoned the KIIS-FM hotline to report that they'd allegedly seen Suleman shopping for five pairs of shoes. "She should be with her children and going to the hospital visiting the other four babies," Allred exclaimed. "Not going shopping."
GV Says: I think Nadya's decision to birth 8 babies was pretty ridiculous.....BUT, I have to be honest. I DO NOT think she's done anything to have her children taken away.
RIHANNA GETS NEW GUNS
So still in the midst of her legal domestic violence drama, she has added a gun to her tattoo collection. The tat appears on the right side of her ribcage. It supposedly represents strength, says New York-based tattoo artist BangBang, 23, who came to Rihanna's home in Hollywood to do the new work on Thursday, March 19.
"She has a necklace that I love that I saw about a year ago," BangBang tells People mag. "I was like, 'You should get a little gun tattooed on you. Then when I was in L.A. to tattoo her friend – she brought me there for his birthday as a gift to him – she wanted to get a tattoo and I brought the gun out again and I stuck it on there and she loved it."
The singer and the artist had also considered putting guns on her shoulders, but BangBang says "she's very beautiful and it took away from her face a little bit."
Guns are not the first contribution of BangBang's to Rihanna's collection of body art. "I haven't done all of her tattoos but the majority," he says, adding that they initially got acquainted when "she saw a tattoo I did of Freddy Krueger. She loves Freddy Krueger so she tracked me down and I did the tattoo on her hip. That was the first one."
And it won't be the last. The pair have another design in mind, "something along the lines of a very soft, light grey [tattoo] that will be blended into her skin," he says. "She loves getting tattoos. They mean a lot to her."
As for how Rihanna is doing now, BangBang says, "She's doing great. She's having a blast. She's on top of the world right now. Everybody loves her and supports her and she's got great friends. She's very tough and she's got more than enough people around her that if she needed anything, she's got it in a heartbeat."
GV Says: SMH....there's got to be something better she can do with her time. And BangBang "She's doing great. She's having a blast. She's on top of the world right now...." Keep it 100 dude. That's called laying it on a little too thick. I could have believed "She's dong great," but by the time he added "She's on top of the world," I started to give the side eye.
LIL KIM OUT & ABOUT
JANET & JERMAINE DUPRI OUT AND ABOUT
KIM SPEAKS
Kim Kardashian faced controversy after Complex magazine posted a non-Photoshopped pic of her and then replaced it a few hour later -- but she doesn't care.
"Everyone has been putting up these pics from Complex Magazine showing the comparison of the original un-Photoshopped photo that mistakenly was put up on complex.com," she writes on her blog. "Complex later replaced the pic with the photoshopped version, causing all of this drama.
"But you know what, who cares!" she continues. "So what: I have a little cellulite. What curvy girl doesn't!?"
She went on: "How many people do you think are photoshopped? It happens all the time!
"...I'm proud of my body and my curves and this picture coming out is probably helpful for everyone to see that just because I am on the cover of a magazine doesn't mean I'm perfect," she says before signing off "XO, Kim."
THE RIHANNA LAW
The Los Angeles Times reports that support for the law has been gaining traction ever since the Los Angeles Police Department announced that it was investigating the leak and possible sale of photos of Rihanna with a bruised and battered face to the Web site TMZ after those images had been entered into evidence. TMZ has claimed it obtained the photo legally but has not said how it came into possession of the image.
Among the groups reportedly supporting the creation of the law is STOParazzi, the self-proclaimed Celebrity Rights Advocacy Group that has also weighed in on the airport scuffle that recently resulted in Kanye West being hit with three misdemeanor charges.
"We can no longer tolerate the leaking of private information when an interest turns into stalking," STOParazzi president Terry Ahern told the paper. Ahern said he thinks Rihanna's Law would deter employees of law-enforcement agencies from releasing photos or information that exploits crime victims.
The current laws covering the leaking of such crime photos or videos, posted on the STOParazzi Web site, have no provision for prosecuting outlets that publish those images as long as no one can prove money was exchanged for them.
The proposed law suggests that "if a private crime photo is distributed, the receipt of money for that act is irrelevant and does not diminish the detrimental effect such public distribution of private crime photos could have on the victim, the case itself, other victims of similar crimes, etc. Just because the person who leaked it may have done it, for example, because they were disgruntled or vindictive or even, perhaps, to help the defense, and not for money, per se, should not make it legal."
DAME DASH HEADED TO DIVORCE
Dash has been slapped with divorce papers by wife of four years Rachel Roy.
An electronic record of the case says the divorce is for "nonmonetary relief" and should be resolved by February.
Dash and Roy met when Roy was working at Rocawear and have two daughters.
The breakup is the latest legal mess for Dame whose empire has crumbled under massive debt, bad business deals and one suit after another.
Dash, who in 2005 sold his stake in Rocawear to Jay-Z for $20 million, owes $2 million in state taxes, and a bank has started foreclosure proceedings on his two Tribeca condos.
A Manhattan judge even ordered the city to seize his luxury Chevrolet Tahoe SUV last year when he couldn't make the $714.99 monthly payment. He's also being sued by law firms and landlords for not paying his bills.
"He's broke, he's got nothing left," a source said.

RIHANNA MOVING ON AND MOVING OUT
"She was very quiet," Russ Filice of Sotheby's International Realty tells. The 5,913-square-foot, three-bedroom Hollywood Hills home "has incredible views, a contemporary pool and is very private," he adds.
"Rihanna just started her search. She looked at three homes with three assistants and a driver," adds Filice. "Her questions were centered around her lifestyle in the house; how she could entertain, how private it is."
The singer spent about 15 to 20 minutes at the property.
"She was in a great mood," Filice says. "There were no scars, no bruises, no nothing. [She is] very sweet, very pretty."

SOME PEOPLE JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY
"Although he appears to be really strong through all of this, it's really taking a toll on his spirit," Gibson reportedly told People mag reporters on Sunday at the 2009 Ball Up Street Ball Tour in Los Angeles. "People like me and Puff [Diddy], we're just trying to show him love and keep his spirits up while he's going through all of the heat, and there are a lot people doing the same for Rihanna."
"It's really hard for him to focus right now on his music, even though he really wants to," Gibson continued. "At the end of the day, I'm not trying to justify it because wrong is wrong, but unfortunately, us as entertainers, we have to grow up onstage with a lot of people looking at us."

OMARION MARRIED?
PSA VIDEO RE-ENACTS CHRIS BROWN, RIHANNA ATTACK
A new video by the teen organization DoSomething.org features actors recreating the attack as reported to police. SEE HERE.
A narrator describes the scene in a deadpan voice. "We didn't want to be overdramatic," said Nancy Lublin, chief executive officer of DoSomething.org.
"Our goal was not to shoot a Lifetime TV movie. ... There was no need to sensationalize things. It was bad enough."
The brief clip can be viewed on YouTube.
It closes with the statistic that one in three teenagers is abused in a relationship, and promotes free bracelets - one blue, two black - that spread awareness about dating abuse.
Lublin said the goal is to make people think and change their behavior. The organization used white actors on purpose to shift the conversation away from the celebrity singers.
"The public is very focused right now on Chris and Rihanna," she said.
"I think people need to realize that this is an issue that goes beyond those particular people, and it affects everybody of every race. And so we wanted this to not be an exact re-enactment. We wanted instead to say: Could this be you?"
GV Says: Interesting...not sure what this is suppose to do. I don't see the value here.

LIL WAYNE TO TURN OVER THE RECORDS
On Wednesday, U.S. Magistrate Daniel Knowles III ordered the New Orleans rapper to hand over records about the sale of 2008’s “Tha Carter III.”
Karma-Ann Swanepoel claims in a federal lawsuit filed in May that Lil Wayne didn’t have permission to sample her song “Once” in the track “I Feel Like Dying.”
The lawsuit says Lil Wayne’s record label, Cash Money Records, failed to negotiate a license to use Swanepoel’s song before millions of people downloaded “I Feel Like Dying.”
LOBEL SUES
Steve Lobel, who oversees the Grammy-winning group Bone, Thugs-N-Harmony, says he was hurt at Kanye West's star-studded 30th birthday bash is suing luxury clothier Louis Vuitton, which hosted the event.
Steve was among the glitterati partying with West at Vuitton's Fifth Ave. store on June 7, 2007, when a temporary panel fell off the wall onto his chrome dome, the suit charges.
Lobel is demanding unspecified damages from the company, who, he claims, used unstable wall panels to "obscure the store's merchandise and create a club look."
The suit, filed in Queens Supreme Court, also names Manhattan events promoter Tony Berger, of Relevent Group LLC.
"We were aware of the incident. We reported it to our insurance carrier, and it is being handled by them," Berger said.

RUSSELL GETS HIS GROOVE BACK
ARE Russell Simmons and girlfriend Julie Henderson having age issues? The 51-year-old hip-hop mogul squired the 23-year-old grapefruit heiress who shows off plenty of freckles in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue to the Art for Life benefit at the Fontainebleau in Miami, but we hear there was trouble in paradise. "Her friends are having major problems with the fact that he's so much older than she is," says an insider.

REMEMBER SOUL FOR REAL???
soul for real - candy rain
Well, the Duluth, Georgia Police have reported that group member Brian Dalyrimple will be indicted on 145 counts of aggravated identity fraud. A laundry list of related charges, like forgery and aggravated bank fraud (just to name a few!), will be part of the indictment.
Police say that Brian’s brothers (and fellow group members), Jason Dalyrimple and Andre Dalyrimple, will be indicted for their involvement in the case too. However, police did not say what specific role they played in the fraud.
Brian, 33, was arrested on suspicion of identity fraud earlier this month. He’d been running from Duluth PD with his infant son since February. Police finally caught him in North Carolina, where he was taken into custody.
Cops became alarmed when someone from California called Duluth PD saying they’d lost $12,000 due to fraudulent purchases. The victim told police that information had been used at a bank in Georgia to open a checking and credit account.
Police tracked the fraudulent purchases to two apartments in the same Georgia complex, both of which Brian was renting under false identities. A police search of one apartment turned up a crop of driver’s licenses from different states in different names.
“[We also found] a multitude of fraudulently obtained credit cards,” said Major Woodruff of Duluth PD, “documents for bank loans, checking and savings accounts in fraudulent names, account and routing numbers belonging to legitimate accounts and documents containing identifying information of many individuals.”
Duluth Police also said that Brian was using false identities to lease at least four other apartments.
Laborah Crawford (Brian’s baby mama) was arrested in connection with the same identity fraud case immediately following the search. She is currently being held in Gwinnett County Jail and hasn’t been cooperating with police for further investigation.
Brian’s 10-month old son was put in his grandmother’s care after Laborah was arrested. Police told WSBTV.com that Brian later took his son from a daycare center one afternoon after the child had been dropped off. The baby has now been safely returned to his grandmother.
It’s estimated that the victims (260 people and eight banks) have lost as much as $1,000,000 because of the fraud.

KANYE HIT WITH MISDEMEANOR CHARGES
Kanye West has been formally charged with three misdemeanors stemming from a scuffle with paparazzi at Los Angeles International Airport on Sept. 11.
West, 31, was charged with misdemeanor vandalism, battery and grand theft, the L.A. City Attorney's office announced in a statement Wednesday. West's road manager, Don Crawley, 33, has been charged with the same counts, but two of each.
If convicted of all charges, West could face up to two years and six months in jail and Crawley could face up to five years in jail, according to the statement.
Six months ago, the pair was arrested at the airport while attempting to catch a flight to Honolulu. Video of the incident showed both men wresting a camera away from a photographer, and both smashing parts of it into the ground. Crawley also allegedly smashed a second photographer's camera. The incident resulted in minor injuries to one of the photographers, prosecutors say.
"I'm cool with the paparazzi," the rapper wrote on his blog the following day. "This guy wasn't cool. I gotta work now ... I'll rant later
MORE EXCUSES FOR RIHANNA'S BEHAVIOR... THANKS EVAN ROGERS
“I think that everyone has good intentions and means well, but it turns up the heat in terms of it seeming like the whole world is telling her what to do,” Rogers told Entertainment Weekly. “At the end of the day, people forget that, at 21, your perspective is very different. These kinds of things can happen to anyone, whether you're a celebrity or not.”
Rogers, the man who discovered the Barbadian singer knows she listens to all the unsolicited advice, even if she chooses not to take it.
“I think she's very aware of everything that's going on,” he explained. “Just like anyone else, she watches TV , she goes online. And I think that it matters to her, but there's a line that she walks between being human and caring when you hear these kinds of things, and separating your personal life from your professional life. She's doing the best she can and this is a very difficult time that she's going through right now and she's going to learn a lot from it.”
Despite Rogers' concerns, recent reports indicate Rihanna may be warming to the popular “leave Brown behind” sentiments. She and Brown are now said to be taking a break from their relationship.
GV Says: And here lies the problem. At the end of the day it is Rihanna's decision and no one including Oprah and Tyra Banks can stop that. However, I commend those sisters for seeing a young girl in a bad situation and having the balls to say it's not right. Everyone wants to turn a blind eye - which by the way is exactly what her dad is doing. But the last time I checked being a dad doesn't mean being popular or liked by your child. It means sometimes I'm advising you to do tough things for your betterment. Whether you like me or not is secondary to your safety and well-being. Furthermore, the last time I checked - and all my 30-something and even later 20-somethings should be able to agree - 21 is STILL a child! And that's plainly obvious by the way she's carrying this ridiculous situation. I like Rihanna....she's a bad (and I mean that in a good way) girl, but this is stupid. If you want to be with Beater Brown, that's your 21 yr old preferance, just get some help. See a professional. No one gets publicly whippped on to that extent and is okay.
Evan Rogers you're spineless just like everyone else.
So, Rihanna if you want go back to beater Brown. Do it, but be adult enough to realize there will be reprecussions. How asinine is that? I want to make decisions but have no reprecussions. Who's life is like that - famous or not. We all have consequences and that's called life. I can't believe Evan really thought he was making sense. I hope he reads this and stops defendable that silly behavior. We all know it's a hard situation...hell I've been 21 and in love and not one bad decision I made was right......but it's a dangerous situation and that's why eveyone has such a hard, fast opinion.....Get one Evan, get one!

CHRIS & RIHANNA DO DAMAGE CONTROL
It's no coincidence that Rihanna and Chris Brown are on opposite coasts right now.
According to a source close to the couple, they have been "taking a break."
The source tells E! News that the pair are not calling it a formal breakup, but have decided to put some distance between them. We are told they plan to see each other soon.
Reps for both singers have not returned calls seeking comment on the break.
Last Thursday, Rihanna flew to New York City, where she, Brandy, Beyoncé and Jay-Z reportedly enjoyed a quiet dinner together at the Spotted Pig Friday night. Then on Saturday night, she dined with friends at Da Silvano.
Meanwhile, Brown has remained in Los Angeles. Sources tell E! News that the "Kiss Kiss" singer has spent the entire time working on his album, most recently at the Record Plant in Hollywood.
"He's just putting ideas down for some songs he wrote," says a Brown source. "He needs to feel like he's moving forward."

NICK CANNON FIRES BACK
I guess yesterday was “Hate Nick Cannon Day”! Hahaha! The Blogosphere had my name ringing all over the Google alerts. That is why I am so thankful to have my own site and blog so I can give y’all the real. If it wasn’t the madness about my emails to people, or more pregnancy rumors, it was this craziness on the oh so credible, BOSSIP about me being broke and being sued by my jeweler! Ridiculous! I just got like 3 new major multi million dollar deals in the last 2 months. And I ain’t even finish yet… But now I’m broke, okay! Where do these people get this stuff. First off, I wish my wife’s ring did only cost $500,000 that would have been a deal!… Do your research and you will see how much I really paid for it. I don’t like to disclose or brag about those things because it’s not really anyone’s business but it was quite public what I PAID. Mostly because when my wife and I first got married people were lying and saying the ring was used or that I re-gifted it!LMFAO. So after we cleared that up, almost a year later they come with some more ring drama. Well since my anniversary is coming up I think I might just have to by a whole new joint for my beautiful wife, just to STUNT! And as for the payment plan thing, I wish that was true or possible!! Sh*t, it’s a recession, I would take a lay-away plan in a minute! Hahhaahaa!!
But one thing that is true, I would spend every last dime that I have ever made on my wife, she deserves to be showered with extraordinary gifts and as long as I live I will spend all my money on her and never touch a dime of hers.

AFENI SHAKUR SUES FOR TUPAC MOVIE RIGHTS
Tupac Shakur's mother is firing back at independent production company Morgan Creek over the right to make a biopic about the late rapper.
In a $10 million cross-complaint, Afeni Shakur's Amaru Entertainment claims that Morgan Creek, CEO James Robinson and others tried to strong-arm a deal for Tupac movie rights, then sabotaged the project when Amaru attempted to set it up elsewhere.
"Instead of negotiating in good faith with (Amaru), they sought to obtain the rights by concocting a nonexistent 'agreement' and engaging in heavy-handed threats, coercion and intimidation to interfere with and ultimately destroy the film project," Amaru claims.
Morgan Creek first filed a lawsuit last month in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that Amaru, which controls the Tupac estate, backed out of a completed deal to sell life rights for a biopic about the slain rapper-actor.
The company said it received a final term sheet in December detailing everything that would be required to reach an agreement. The proposal was accepted by Morgan Creek executives in late January, but Amaru has refused to honor it, the complaint alleged.
Now Amaru is seeking a court declaration that there never was a deal. Morgan Creek allegedly was one of several suitors for the project, among them Paramount, Fox Searchlight, Kennedy/Marshall and Brett Ratner's Rat Entertainment. The cross-complaint says key details of a deal, including an executive producer credit for Afeni Shakur, were not worked out with Morgan Creek and that she hadn't even seen the proposed contract. Instead, Amaru's counteroffer was to be the basis for further negotiation, according to the filing.
But days after "Notorious," a biopic about Tupac rival Biggie Smalls, grossed more than $20 million in its opening weekend January 16-18, Morgan Creek executives allegedly arranged a conference call with an Amaru attorney to "accept" the counteroffer and began telling other studios and producers that Morgan Creek owned rights to the project.
"This was a sleazy and illegal ploy to coerce (Amaru) into a deal," says the cross-complaint, which demands millions in damages for derailing talks with potential studios and producers.

NO BODYGUARD FOR RIHANNA
In the wake of a report in New York's Daily News that Rihanna is in talks to star in a remake of "The Bodyguard," — as well as possible roles in a forthcoming "Charlie's Angels" sequel and an unspecified film with Justin Timberlake — Rihanna's rep denied that the singer is in talks for any of the films.
Rihanna was in New York over the weekend and was photographed extensively while en route to reported business meetings. The Daily News report claimed that an "insider" said that Rihanna would take on Houston's role in a "young and sexy take" on "The Bodyguard." The site also reported that she is also considering working on a "Charlie's Angels" sequel, as well as possibly starring alongside Justin Timberlake, with whom she collaborated on her single "Rehab."

LIL KIM OWES THE MAN
She owes $979,090 in delinquent state and federal taxes, according to The Detroit News. Uncle Sam, as well as his cousin’s in NY, CA, and NJ, also claims she owes them. Lil’s rep says, ” Lil’ Kim is paying her tax debt and will continue to do so.”
GV Says: That's so nuts. It is so deplorable to me when people do not have control of their money and even how to create proper tax shelters. Kids don't envy these idiots.....Yes, I said it.
