Reportedly they tied the knot this Saturday on the French island of Corsica.
The small, intimate ceremony didn't lack for star power with U2's Bono and Queen Latifah in attendance, MTV UK reports.
Alicia wore a one-shoulder white gown with a bump-hiding empire waist.
Swizz wore a white jacket and pink shirt. His eldest son, Prince Nasir Dean, sported a black tuxedo.
Beatz, 31, split from his first wife Mashonda Tifrer in 2008, about a year after the birth of their son. The marriage is the first for Keys, 29.
Although the nuptials were rumored for days, Beatz's Twitter feed Saturday night gave a clue that it had finally happened.
The first one said, "Wowwwwwwwwww," Eonline reported.
A few hours later he tweeted, "It's a brand new day :) I feel like Nas and Diddy song :) love y'all and blessing!"
