The cast of Dreamgirls (Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson, Anika Noni Rose, Eddie Murphy & Jamie Foxx) appeared at the premier in New York on Monday. Other guests included Moma Knowles, Queen Latifah and Cedric the Entertainer.
