"It is the mutual desire of the parties to amicably resolve their marital dissolution action," the documents say. Neither party will be legally able to marry others until after May 28, due to a minimum six-month waiting period. Both sides waived any claims for spousal support. Anderson, 39, and Kid Rock, 36, filed for divorce in November after just four months of marriage. Poor Pam. She just can’t get it right.

Spears stayed in the hotel's $40,000-a-night Hugh Hefner Sky Villa with new beau Isaac Cohen just two weeks ago.

Justin Timberlake's "Future Sex/Love Sounds" concert in Montreal on Wednesday turned into one big 26th birthday party. During the two-hour performance at Canada's Bell Centre, fans held up homemade "Happy Birthday" signs and twice spontaneously broke into "Happy Birthday to You" to serenade Timberlake. "You guys are trying to say something to me, but I don't know what it is, " cracked a smiling Timberlake.
