FOXY ESCAPES CUFFS

Rap diva Foxy Brown had another close encounter with the cops Friday night, but this time she didn't end up in handcuffs.



The rapper parked at a B63 bus stop on Fifth Ave. in Brooklyn Fri night and was told by New York's Finest to move along, witnesses said.

Brown was having dinner with her fiancé at La Villa Restaurant in Park Slope when through the window she saw cops approach her SUV, which was parked across the street, a restaurant worker said.

She went out, moved the vehicle and returned to finish her meal of pasta.

"She wasn't arrested," he said. "She just parked in a bus stop. She left and moved her car, then came back and finished."

Brown is currently on probation for whacking two Manhattan manicurists with her cell phone in 2004.
