JAY-Z LEAVING DEF JAM????

According to the rumor mill Jay may be ditching Def Jam for a new home - Columbia.



An inside source reports: "Columbia is more than happy to consider Jay-Z. He’d be bringing all of his own master recordings, and he has arguably the most industry credit of his peers. Co-chair Rick Rubin is doing some massive restructuring and Jay’s presence would be welcome...He’s creating a supergroup of staff. So it would make sense that he would want Jay on his side.”
