MARY J TAKES SECOND PLACE

Since letting go of her demons, Mary has been killing them on the charts. Her last album, 2005's The Breakthrough, landed at #1 and scanned more than 727,000 units the first week of sales. This year's LP bowed at #2, selling more than 629,000 copies. That's great, but I thought it was interesting to see what topped MJB.......It seems Groban's Noël sold close to 756,600 units, pushing total sales of the disc past the 3.5 million mark. Groban's is the first Christmas album to ever top the chart for five straight weeks.
I say WTF to that....
