SCOTT STORCH IN MORE LEGAL TROUBLE

Producer Scott Storch is in a heap of trouble.

Storch, who owns a $10.5 million home on Miami Beach's Palm Island, is behind in property taxes -- $511,839.16. He owes $294,492.50 for '06, and $217,346.66 for '07.

And if that wasn't enough - Storch, 34 - is in arrears on child support for son Jalen, 2, and was a no-show at a hearing. So Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Marc Schumacher did exactly what he should have and issued a pick-up order, authorizing cops to jail Storch's butt until he can be brought to court.

''You are hereby commanded to take into your custody Scott Spencer Storch,'' says the order, known as a ''writ of bodily attachment.'' No word on his whereabouts.

Storch can be released -- if he posts a $46,000 bond. He owes at least that much: $30,000 for four months of support for Jalen, plus $16,000 toward the boy's Florida Prepaid College Plan, says attorney Jason Setchen, who represents Jalen's mom, Dalene Jennifer Daniel. She sued Storch for paternity in '06. Daniel, 31, says Storch has failed to fulfill the terms of their mediated settlement agreement.

Meanwhile, Storch just got hit with another paternity suit....WTF??? Vanessa Bellido, 33, of Davie, says Storch is the ''natural father'' of her son Steven Brandon Bellido, 16.

Storch acknowledged he is Steven's dad and voluntarily sent money -- until January, Vanessa says. Now, she says, she and Steven are struggling. They were evicted from their Davie residence last month and had to live with her parents in their two-bedroom apartment in Plantation.

''While [Storch] drives around in his Ferrari and Cadillac, [Steven] is sleeping on a couch in the same room with his mother,'' says her emergency petition for child support, filed by attorney Paul Leinoff. "The situation is dire.''

Steven's car, bought by Storch has been repossessed. Vanessa says Storch ''agreed to be financially responsible'' for Steven's education at American Academy at American Heritage School in Plantation, where the teen just finished 10th grade. But Storch still owes $5,000 for tuition, putting Steven's junior year ''in jeopardy,'' Vanessa says in court documents.
Storch ''should be required to pay the monthly rent, private school and child support,'' her emergency motion says.

Storch's lawyer, Guy Spiegelman, says Storch is refinancing his home and trying to resolve his financial commitments. ''He intends to honor all of his obligations,'' Spiegelman says. "He was a victim of mismanagement of his business enterprises, resulting in his current predicament.''
GV Says: Whatever Scott. Pay your bills. You overcharge all these artists for tracks yet you can't handle your business. Recklessly creating babies and failing to support them. Jail is exactly where he needs to be. He should be embarrassed to have his personal life put out there like that.

  1. Scott is a DUCHEBAG! He is another sad example of leaving beyond your means and posing and spinning when "being real" is a better way of life.
