X was arrested in Florida today after being on the run from Arizona authorities.
According to TMZ, DMX was obtaiend at 2:45pm today at producer Scott Storch's residence at Palm Island, an island off of Miami Beach.
His lawyer, Charles Kozelka, told the Associated Press that X has been in and out of a rehab facility in the sunshine state over the past couple of weeks. (what does this have to do with the tea in China???)
DMX missed a court appearance last Friday where he was supposed to face drug, idenity theft and animal cruelty charges. As a result, a Maricopa County judge issued a warrant for his arrest and Arizona police authorities offered a $5,000 rewarded to anyone with information on the rapper's whereabouts.
The Feds were tipped off to his location by the Maricopa County Sheriff's office and X was arrested without incident.
DMX is currently being held in the Miami-Dade County Jail but it is expected that he will be returned to Phoenix where he'll be held on $120,000 bond.

Dmx got arrested again, when you dont show up for a court you can expect it to happen.
