KELLY TO TAP NEW MANAGER

According to the rumor mill, Kelly may let Mathew Knowles go as her manager.



The former Destiny's Child star is slated to appoint 19 Entertainment head honcho Simon Fuller as her new manager according to the rumours.

Fuller is currently taking care of affairs for the likes of The Spice Girls and the Beckhams.
