So....first things first. Rihanna was spotted out and about in NYC today look quite stylish I must say. Glad to see her out. Now secondly,
Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, has requested a meeting with the presiding judge in chambers on March 23.
Word has it that he wants the judge to give Rihanna a pass from testifying because of leaks in the case.
TMZ reports that Geragos and Rihanna's lawyer, Donald Etra, believe Rihanna was compromised when her name surfaced as the alleged victim in the beating. They claim this and other leaks violate her privacy rights and therefore she should not have to further put herself out to the public by testifying against Brown in the case.
It's further proof Rihanna and Brown are back together and in lockstep.
Brown's arraignment is set for April 6.
GV Says: What the heezy....the jig is up. There's nothing to hide. We've seen pics and police reports. Help me understand what you taking the stand is going to do. This is so sad.....All this to save your boo who obviously broke the law. I could care less if they get back together...that's just young love. It happens and we've all been foolish. But if you beat my face to a pulp you have to at least a) take responsibility and accept the consequences whatever they might be and 2) get some professional help.
D*mn, her career is about to take an 'L' to if the judge agrees to this. Lets hope if Rihanna doesn't have a backbone, the judge has one big enough for the both of them and does the right thing. Wow.....I actually like Rihanna too.....SMH at this fiasco.
