MINORITY REPORT: NICK & VANESSA SPLIT

After months of rumors, looks like the two have come public with their split.



"They have amicably split but remain good friends who still greatly care for one another," Vanessa's rep tells of the couple, who began dating in 2006.

Though they have split, a source says Vanessa, 28, and Nick, 35, are "still friends. It was the right thing for both of them to do."
