Tyra Banks is being sued by a teenage sex addict. The model recently aired an episode about teen "sex addicts," featuring a 15-year-girl who claimed to be addicted to sex. According to reports, the teenager's mother is suing Tyra for featuring the girl without her parental consent. She's asking for an injunction, to stop the distribution of the "sex addict" episode, as well as $3 million.
The teen answered the call to participate in the episode on Tyra's website, then allegedly flew unaccompanied to New York, where she was put up in a hotel in advance of her paid appearance on "Tyra." McClendon said she had no idea about her daughter's television debut until it was too late.
"This show was undoubtedly watched by sexual deviants, perverts and pedophiles alike," McClendon contends in the suit, filed in federal court last week.
