MINORITY REPORT: LEVI IS BACK OUT THERE

Just days after announcing his engagement was off with Bristol Palin, Levi is right back out there...SMH.



TMZ.com reports Johnston signed a reality TV deal over the weekend, just days after Bristol Palin said she broke off their engagement over his thirst for the limelight.

The new show will shoot first in Los Angeles and then head back to Alaska, TMZ reported. It's not yet clear what the format will be, but several networks are reportedly interested.

The on-again off-again high school sweethearts shocked family and friends last month with an US Magazine cover announcing their engagement after a long period of estrangement.

The rekindled romance was short-lived, falling apart shortly after the National Enquirer reported that Johnston's ex-girlfriend, Lanesia Garcia, was pregnant.

Lanesia claims that Levi is not the father, but Bristol told People.com that Johnston had "no remorse" after he admitted the dalliance and possible pregnancy the very same day they announced their secret wedding plans with splashy photos featuring their 20-month-old son, Tripp.

"The final straw was him flying to Hollywood for what he told me was to see some hunting show but come to find out it was that music video mocking my family," Bristol told People.com in a tearful interview. "He's just obsessed with the limelight, and I got played."

Levi, meanwhile, attended the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles Sunday with Brittani Senser, the singer behind the video in which he'll co-star.

The video, reportedly shooting this week, is about two lovers driven apart by the woman's meddling mother.

"The ring's off, but we're friends," Johnston told People.com at the event, referring to Bristol.

"You know, it's tough," he said of the break-up. "It's not something that I wanted, but life goes on."

FANTASIA DENIES BREAKING UP MARRIAGE

I love the wording of this statement. Funny thing is she can't deny dating this married which REALLY is the bottom line.



"Fantasia is certain that she is not responsible for the deterioration of [their] marriage," the singer's manager, Brian Dickens, said in a statement Monday.

Court documents filed last week by Paula Cook allege that her husband, Antwaun Cook, and Barrino began a "covert adulterous affair" in August 2009 and that the two made a sex tape.

"Fantasia will weather this storm with the dignity and grace that she has exemplified throughout a life in which she has repeatedly overcome obstacles and challenges," adds her manager.

Fantasia's lawayer also blasted the woman's allegations and said the Idol champ was dragged into the couple's breakup for media attention.

"Mrs. Cook gratuitously included claims about Fantasia to sensationalize that litigation and to insure that her tale would be picked up by tabloids," lawyer Gena Morris tells TMZ.com. "The fact that she would seek such publicity in a case involving her children is particularly disgraceful.”

Fanny is named in the lawsuit between Antwaun Cook and his wife, Paula Cook, who is filing for divorce from her husband of nearly five years.

Fanny allegedly met her new beau when he was working at T-Mobile in Stonecrest and began a "covert adulterous affair."

Paula Cook claims her husband and Barrino have also taped their sexual encounters and that the singer once told her, "He don't want you...maybe next time that you get a husband you'll know how to keep him....That's why he is here with me."

Laurence Fishburne's daughter is speaking out about her controversial decision to enter the entertainment industry by becoming a porn star.

"Being in an adult film is not a big deal to me," Montana Fishburne, 18, tells PEOPLE. "It's something I always wanted to do. I have always been comfortable in my body and with my sexuality."

And no, she's not hoping her adult film, which will be released by Vivid Entertainment on Aug. 10, will spawn a mainstream acting career. "I am not in porn to get into acting. I am in porn because I wanted to be in porn," she says bluntly.

The daughter of the CSI star, an Academy Award nominated actor, said she didn't seek her parents' approval before signing on for the film.

"I had already filmed it by the time they knew so I didn't give them a chance to talk me out of it," says Montana, who moved out of her father's house last year upon turning 18, "so I could pursue what I want to do without being constrained by them."

Her father is understandably devastated, she confesses.

"I hear through relatives that he's upset but I haven't talked to him directly for him to tell me his feelings," she admits, saying that when she did break the news, he reacted with stunned silence.

"I hope it's not hurting him. It wasn't done to hurt him," she says. "But I think it will take time and talking through the issues. Eventually, I hope he will be proud of me."

WHOOPI LETS WHITE HOUSE GATECRASHERS HAVE IT

Oh no she didn't....so this week the DC housewives hit the View and the View hosts kept it real with White House gatecrashers Tareq and Michaele Salahi.

Michaele and other cast members were on "The View" - to promote tonight's launch of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of D.C." Neither Goldberg nor Tareq Salahi were part of the interview.

As Michaele recounted a drink-throwing dispute between Tareq and one of the wives, Goldberg walked on stage, touched her shoulder, and said, "Excuse me, can you get back to the White House, please."

Tareq Salahi, upset that Goldberg touched his wife, had an "elevated and heated" exchange after the live telecast.

"Oh, if you'd like us to, we can," Michaele replied as Goldberg walked away. After the show, a sobbing Michaele fled to a security office, saying she felt attacked. The Salahis claimed Goldberg got physical with Michaele; Goldberg confronted her and the F-bombs flew.

"As the broadcast clearly shows, the accusation was completely unfounded," a "View" spokeswoman said. "After being told she was being accused of hitting Ms. Salahi, Whoopi proceeded to defend herself verbally."

Go MJB! She broke Home Shopping Network records recently.

According to a press release from HSN, the singer’s new fragrance, My Life, broke records on July 31 by selling more than 60,000 units during about six hours of air time on the shopping channel.

Part of the proceeds went to benefit Blige’s charity, The Mary J. Blige and Steve Stoute Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now, Inc. (FFAWN).

“I am thrilled with the success of My Life, the experience on HSN with Carol's Daughter and the overwhelming donations to FFAWN," the press release quoted the nine-time Grammy Award winner as saying. "I can't wait to share another touch of my heart. Thank you to all my fans – new and old – for being there for me."

Blige also took to Twitter to thank supporters. "Fam!! We did it!!! We broke records with the My Life fragrance on HSN!!! and made history once again!!! 50K sold!!!" she tweeted before the final tally of units sold was counted.

According to StyleList, the previous record holder was Blige’s former musical mentor, Sean "Diddy" Combs, who sold his Sean John fragrances for men and women on HSN back in December. The site said Blige outsold Combs in both sales and revenue, grossing an estimated $2.7 million.

We hear he's been living a bachelor's life for the past several days with first lady Michelle Obama and daughter Sasha visiting Spain and daughter Malia spending the month away at an undisclosed camp.

Of course Mrs. Obama and Sasha phoned in their happy birthday wishes, followed by a lunchtime call from Malia.

"Needless to say ... both those calls were the highlights of his day," White House press secretary Robert Gibbs told reporters who traveled with Obama aboard Air Force One.

KANYE'S TWITTER WOES

Hello Twitter...hello problems for Kanye. So after gracing us with his presence on Twitter, Kanye finally picked a person to follow - Steven Holmes. Only thing is, Steven doesn't want to fame.

Initially, Holmes seemed excited by the connection, tweeting , "Holy [expletive] bro thx for following!" But the Brit quickly changed his tune once the full glare of the limelight hit.

Speaking with his local paper, the Coventry Telegraph, The Nottingham University student sounded far from enthused by the global attention he says has led to him turning down interview requests from media outlets around the world.

“I didn’t want to talk to any of them,” Holmes is quoted as saying. “Fame has never appealed to me. It’s vacuous.”

He went on to say that “Before this weekend I thought it would be cool to have a celebrity following me on Twitter but now I think it’s really not worth it.”

Holmes reiterated that stance on his Twitter page when he tweeted “This has been completely surreal and I really have no desire for this attention i'm just a normal person” and later added that he will not be speaking with any other media outlets.

Reportedly they tied the knot this Saturday on the French island of Corsica.

The small, intimate ceremony didn't lack for star power with U2's Bono and Queen Latifah in attendance, MTV UK reports.

Swizz wore a white jacket and pink shirt. His eldest son, Prince Nasir Dean, sported a black tuxedo.

Beatz, 31, split from his first wife Mashonda Tifrer in 2008, about a year after the birth of their son. The marriage is the first for Keys, 29.

Although the nuptials were rumored for days, Beatz's Twitter feed Saturday night gave a clue that it had finally happened.

T.I. & TINY MARRY

Look who finally got married.....

T.I. and Tiny tied the knot at a Miami Beach court.

They'll repeat their vows in three more cities according to a rep for the couple.

The couple will wed again Saturday in front of close family and friends on a small private island off the coast of Miami Saturday. Tiny will wear Valentino.

They plan on returning to their hometown of Atlanta for a reception Saturday afternoon before jetting off to Las Vegas to celebrate with friends into the wee hours.

They are returning to Atlanta early next week.

The two have been dating since 2001.

And Gatecrasher got a similar take from a source in Jay-Z's camp. "Jay never expected LeBron to sign with the Nets. He knew that no 25-year-old kid with James' profile was going to spend years in Newark," the source tells Gatecrasher. "But he's pissed, or at least disappointed, that LeBron didn't consult with him."

Another NBA insider says Jay-Z's real source of dissatisfaction should be with Nets owner Prokhorov. "The Nets have no basketball team," the source says, saying that Prokhorov "overpromoted and overmarketed" the team, but wasn't able to deliver a player with genuine box-office appeal.

NY Daily New reports that Foxy Brown rolled up to court in a black Lamborghini Tuesday.

Her fans loved it, but Judge Geraldine Pickett couldn't care less, instead extending an order of protection a neighbor took out against Brown in 2007 when the raunchy rapper beaned her with a BlackBerry.

Brown was in Brooklyn Criminal Court for a status hearing on allegations she violated the original order when she tangled with Arlene Raymond outside her Prospect Heights home last week.

Brown cursed Raymond out, bent over and thrust her exposed butt out, authorities said.

"B----, what are you looking at?" she snarled, according to the criminal complaint. "Kiss my a--."

Foxy, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was represented by a new lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, hired Sunday after Bruce Barron surprisingly announced he was no longer working with her.

"We deny the allegations that she mooned Ms. Raymond," Strazzullo said. "Ms. Marchand is innocent, absolutely innocent."

Prosecutor David Weiss said evidence would be presented to a grand jury.

"Yes, I will testify before a grand jury," Foxy said outside the courtroom.

"We just had a sold out concert at B.B. King's," she added.

Strazzullo also asked that an an order of protection be issued against Raymond.

The judge denied it.

WESLEY SNIPES HEADED TO JAIL?

CNN reports that a federal appeals court has denied Wesley's claim that his three-year prison sentence for tax evasion was "unreasonable."

A panel of judges in the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals upheld Snipes' 2008 sentencing on three misdemeanor counts of failing to file tax returns.

"The district court acted well within its considerable discretion in sentencing Snipes to thirty-six months in prison," the judges said.

Snipes had argued that the only reasonable sentence would have been a period of probation.

Snipes argued that the judge who sentenced him in April 2008 did not consider mitigating factors like his college education, family and charitable activities.

Federal prosecutors said Snipes for nearly a decade escaped paying more than $15 million in income tax returns by sending money to overseas accounts, though they acknowledged in court that the amount was in dispute.

Before the sentencing in 2008, the actor asked the court to show mercy and offered three checks totaling $5 million as a gesture of good will.

Federal prosecutors diverted the checks to the U.S. Treasury, which accepted the payment -- but it wasn't enough.

"It's essentially a down payment, but a fraction of what he owes," Assistant U.S. Attorney Scotland Morris said at the time.

ALICIA SPLITS WITH MANAGER

Alicia Keys has parted with her longtime manager, Jeff Robinson.

AK has been represented by Robinson's MBK Entertainment since the beginning of her career. She supposedly ended her business relationship with Robinson earlier this week.

There are multiple rumors as to why the pair is ending their business relationship, however one rep for Keys – she has two – says the split was "amicable" and sent a joint statement on behalf of the singer and her former manager.

"Jeff Robinson, CEO of MBK Entertainment Inc., and 12 time Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys have decided to change the structure of their business relationship. Robinson and Keys will continue to collaborate and produce future albums together through MBK/J Records while Alicia will now oversee all aspects of her own personal career. MBK Entertainment Inc. has been the management firm for Alicia Keys since she was a teenager-guiding every facet of her career, including the international success of her Grammy Award winning, multi-platinum albums, films and branding opportunities. "This decision will allow Alicia more control over all aspects of her career from singing and songwriting, to leading many business ventures and social causes," the statement continued. I would love to tell the truth as to why my relationship wasn't successful, but today that is between me and Christina. Its easy to say that it’s because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT’S NOT.

I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile! I wanted to speak up but we decided it wasn't for anyone to know. I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me knows that! There was so much going on in me and Christina's personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing. Instead of being direct in order not to cause even more hurt or hurt someone's feelings, I carried the weight in secret!

I am Human and people fall in and out of Love all the time... This is Life. Nothing’s promised or perfect, neither am I. I am not proud that I lost something we once had...LOVE! I've always been a Loving Father, Hard Worker, Generous, Stern and Eager to prove myself. My faults are I can be irresponsible and an ass sometimes, but I HAVE NEVER and WILL NEVER be a malicious person or wish harm to anyone, especially those I love or the mother of my child. HipHollywood's Kevin Frazier spoke exclusively to Carmen Milian, and she told us that the only thing she is focused on right now is the well-being of her daughter and grandchild. "I love them both so much and that is all I care about right now. I want to make sure that I protect my daughter and granddaughter."

Carmen had absolutely nothing to say about The Dream and added that, as a rule, she tries stay out of her kids’ romantic endeavors. "I don't get involved in any of my children’s relationships. CAVALIER OWNER HIT WITH A FINE

After Cavalier owner Dan Gilbert posted a hateful letter aimed at LeBron James for choosing Miami over his home team, the NBA slapped a cool fine of $100,000 on him.

In the letter he called James all sorts of derogatory things and promised that the Cavaliers would win a NBA title before James does.

Reverend Jesse Jackson responded to Gilbert’s anger by accusing him of having a slave owner’s mentality.

"He speaks as an owner of LeBron and not the owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers…His feelings of betrayal personify a slave master mentality. He sees LeBron as a runaway slave. This is an owner employee relationship -- between business partners -- and LeBron honored his contract." (ESPN)

Gilbert kept his response to Jackson short and sweet.

CHRISTINA AND THE DREAM SPLIT

I never wish bad on anyone but I knew months ago this was a wrap. The Dream has been no where to be seen in months and hints of splittsville were looming when he started saying married life was hard out-loud in interviews.



The singer and her music-producer husband The-Dream have decided to separate, his rep tells UsMagazine.com.

"Terius 'The-Dream' Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful," the rep confirms to the mag. "The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter, Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward."

The couple's split doesn't come as a surprise, as new scandalous photos have surfaced showing The-Dream frolicking in the Caribbean over the weekend with a woman who is not his wife. According to Us, the other woman is the producer's assistant of about a year, Melissa Santiago.In one photo, The-Dream reportedly is not wearing his wedding band as he is being straddled by Santiago in the water. Milian, 28, and The-Dream, 29, eloped last September in Las Vegas and tied the knot a second time in Rome in December.

They welcomed Violet in February.

SNOOP REVEALS FAMILY STRUGGLES

Snoop recently had a candid conversation about his family...



It all began five years ago when they noticed a light spot on the face of Cori, then 6 years old. Weeks later, the daughter of Snoop Dogg and wife Shanté Broadus was losing drastic amounts of weight and her hair was falling out.

Despite visiting countless doctors, no one was able to offer the rapper and his family a diagnosis for Cori. "I felt helpless," Snoop told People reporters while fighting back tears. "No power, no friends."

His wife Shanté adds, "No one could tell me what was wrong. They drew tons of blood and said she has old-person cells. They gave her all kinds of [medication]. But she went downhill."

Months later, after getting the diagnosis of lupus, Snoop Dogg and his family began their journey to understand the autoimmune disease, which ultimately brought his family closer together.

"She's the toughest little thing I've ever met," the rapper says of his daughter. "She's on the honor roll, playing volleyball and softball, living life. She has all this joy. In the beginning lupus was winning. But now Cori is."

Martin Lawrence and his longtime girlfriend, Shamicka Gibbs, were married in an intimate wedding on Saturday at his home in Beverly Hills.

Martin, 45, and Shamicka, 35, exchanged vows in the backyard in front of 120 guests, including Eddie Murphy and Denzel Washington. Their daughters Amara, 9, and Iyana, 7, and Lawrence's daughter Jasmine, 14, from a previous marriage were flower girls.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds joined their guests under a tent for a reception.

FINALLY... LALA & CARMELO WED

The BET Awards was a night of second chances apparently. Dramatic as usual, Weezy stood on top of a erupting volcano.



After crying and begging for this opportunity last year, Chris Brown finally got to perform a Micheal Jackson tribute. He danced to Jackson's “The Way You Make Me Feel” and then Thriller‘s “Billie Jean.” The pinnacle of the performance came when Breezy got chocked up on “Man in the Mirror.” Within a few lines, he burst into tears.
