RAY J & WHITNEY BACK ON

Two months after the release of his raunchy homemade sex tape allegedly busted their relationship, Ray J is back on the ins with Whitney Houston.

The giddy pair was caught last night on their way out of a romantic dinner at the posh Crustacean restaurant in Beverly Hills, the first time the couple's been spotted since Houston reportedly kicked him to the curb over his X-rated video exploits with former GF, Kim Kardashian. The cause for Houston's sudden change of heart is unknown -- maybe she saw the tape!

RAY J CELEBRATES LAUNCH OF SEX TAPE

Oh no he didn’t…Ray J was in Vegas over the weekend at JET at the Mirage celebrating the video release of his sex tap starring ex girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

Ray J reportedly sipped Grey Goose in the VIP room while Jet hosted a Kim look-alike contest. He allegedly left the club at 4:30 in the morning and was overhead saying he and Whitney Houston are just “good friends” and he is supporting her during her time of need.

Is anyone as disgusted by Ray J as me?? His whackness overwhelms me....

MONICA ENDS ENGAGEMENT?

According to published reports, singer Monica may have kicked fiance Rodney Hill out of their new Atlanta house they bought together last year after she discovered he had been cheating with a female stripper.

SOLANGE TO GUEST VJ

Beyonce’s little sis, Solange Knowles, will guest host an upcoming broadcast of MTV’s “TRL” as the show looks to replace vacating host Vanessa Minnillo. "She is going to be a guest VJ for a day coming up but will not be a permanent, full-time VJ,” a rep for the 20-year-old tells Us Weekly.

Did Prince dis Paris?

The artist sometimes known as Prince publicly allegedly humiliated the partying heiress and her singing ability, according to the new issue of Us.

Paris Hilton was in the audience as Prince performed at Club 3121 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on April 20. At one point, Prince invited Paris to join him onstage. A “delighted” Hilton scampered onto the stage and the “Purple Rain” singer handed the wanna-be-pop star the microphone and told the audience, “Let’s see if she can really sing,” a source told the mag.

An angry and humiliated Hilton reportedly stormed offstage — and left the club two songs later, reports Us.

Hilton’s rep insists that the story is untrue.

BEYONCE STILL ROCKS

Despite her legal woes, Beyoncé continues doing a bang-up job Down Under as she arrives Wednesday in Melbourne for the Australian leg of her B'Day world tour. The singer, who performed that night at the Rod Laver Arena, got raves from the Herald Sun, who called her on the "level of a female Prince."

TYRA BANKS MAKES GOOD

Tyra Banks finally paid a brunch bill today after mistakenly leaving a Manhattan eatery without settling the check last weekend. On Saturday, the supermodel ate at the Brooklyn Diner with mogul Russell Simmons and his children – but the party left without paying, according to Alexis Reyes, who runs the Diner. "Everybody waved goodbye and there was nothing in the billfold," Reyes said.

"We kind of figured it was okay. It was so chaotic, she thought someone must have paid the bill." As Banks explained on The View Thursday morning, she had offered to pick up the check, then Simmons insisted he would, but ultimately neither did in a misunderstanding. On Wednesday New York's Daily News reported that Banks and Simmons "dined and dashed," which made her realize the mistake.

Indeed, Banks showed up to make good on the check, says Reyes. "She was really apologetic and also she was really embarrassed," he says. "She was great. She was very much a lady."

EVE ARRESTED

Eve was caught ridin' dirty at 2:45 am this morning while driving her gold Maserati. She was arrested for DUI after crashing her car into a center divider.

MEL B. APPEARS IN OK! MAGAZINE

Mel B. aka Scary Spice appears in the latest issue of OK! magazine sporting Eddie Murphy's baby girl. Doesn't Mel look good....This girl is bold with hers. I'm pretty much sold that this is his baby.

According to Mel, Eddie Murphy left her with a baby, a tattoo of his name and no explanation for their sudden split. The former Spice Girl, in an interview with OK! said she and Murphy were "soul mates" who got tattoos to proclaim their love and were mutually delighted with her pregnancy — until Murphy said on TV they were through and asked for a paternity test. "A friend of mine called me to tell me. I was shocked, then I felt disgusted. We were madly in love with each other, and then this happens."

"Murphy was "over the moon" about the pregnancy and discussed getting married after the baby was born. Then came his bombshell during a TV interview, about five months after their relationship started, she said."I tried to call Eddie and I couldn't get through. Then I got through, and he said he would call me back and that was it. He never called back," Brown said.

That was four months ago and the two haven't spoken since, she said."I don't feel humiliated. I think the only person who has humiliated themselves is Eddie. His behavior was unacceptable," Brown said. "Maybe one day Eddie will tell me why this happened."

MINORITY REPORT: VANESSA MINNILLO , ROSIE O'DONNELL

MTV host Vanessa Minnillo is leaving Total Request Live. "I had my four years there like high school or college," Minnillo, 26, said Tuesday at a benefit for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. "I'm ready for the next chapter – what it is, I have no idea. [But] I don't want to be 48 saying, 'Hey kids, now it's Sean Preston Spears's video.' Rosie O'Donnell is leaving The View in June after only one season, ABC News confirmed Wednesday morning. On Wednesday's show, O'Donnell said departure was simply a matter not being able to come to terms with the network on the length of her contract. "I wanted one year, they wanted three years," she said. "It just didn't work. And that's showbiz..." After the announcement, O'Donnell's nemesis, Donald Trump, weighed in calling her departure from The View "a good move for ABC" and claiming she was fired. O'Donnell's rep, Cindi Berger, told reporters that the ABC offer was declined because of O'Donnell's domestic responsibilities. "In the life of a mother with four kids, three years is a very long time," Berger says.

RUSSELL SIMMONS & TYRA BANKS DINE AND DASH

According to the NY Daily News, Russell Simmons and Tyra Banks "dined and dashed" on their bill at the W. 57th St. Brooklyn Diner on Saturday around 1 p.m.
Simmons was with his two daughters, who had grilled cheese sandwiches. Banks had conch fritters. But none of them had the $100+ check, which was left unpaid.

It was hardly a quick getaway: The source says they both hung around outside the diner after lunch, greeting friends and well-wishers.

The diner's general manager confirmed the oversight. "I'm sure it was an honest mistake."
