Hot 97's Mister Cee, a popular HOT 97 deejay and record producer, was busted for public lewdness after cops caught him in a car receiving oral sex from another man, authorities said Monday.

Cee, whose given name is Calvin Lebrun, 44, and a male companion, Lawrence Campbell, 20, were arrested at 3:55 a.m last Wednesday, according to court papers.

The pair were in a car parked at Watts and West Sts. and "the defendants' behavior was open to public view,'' the criminal complaint said.

Both men were charged with public lewdness and exposure of a person. They were released after their arraignment and are due back in court in June.

Cee first made a name for himself in the hip-hop world as Big Daddy Kane's deejay. He later produced "Ready to Die," Notorious B.I.G.'s first album.

On Hot 97, he hosts "Throwback at Noon," a classic hits hour. He was on air today, and a station manager said the allegation against him is not true.

A police source said Cee was busted in lower Manhattan last Oct. 8 and Nov. 20, both times for loitering for the purpose of prostition.

He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after the October arrest. Charges in the November case appear to have been dropped.

After dropping Papa Knowles as her manager, looks like B is on to the next.

Word is she may be dropping an album this summer. She unveiled six tracks from her latest studio album to label bosses in New York last week, and is believed to have received a rapturous response.

"It was just amazing," Sony Music Australia boss Denis Handlin told The Daily Telegraph. "These songs, the best description I can give is groundbreaking.

"She's gone to another level," Handlin added.

NICKI MINAJ MAY BE HITTING THE ROAD AGAIN

Word is Nicki Minaj may be hitting the tour road with Britney Spears this summer.



Minaj would take the place of Enrique Iglesias who recently pulled out of Spear's tour after it was announced last week. Minaj is currently on the road with Lil Wayne on his "I Am Still Music" tour.

Spears' tour begins June 17 in Sacramento.

SARA STOKES BACK IN THE NEWS

Remember Sara Stokes from Diddy's Making Da Band. They were the originals. We'll it seems despite Sara's decent pipes the only thing she makes the news for is her domestic problems.

Sources close to Sara reported to TMZ, it all went down last weekend at a friend's house in Georgia -- Tony Stokes accused Sara of being with another man ... and then allegedly choked and hit her.

According to law enforcement, Tony was arrested for simple battery -- and released the next day on $2,000 bail.

Tony's taking it all in stride ... telling us, "Everybody speculates and blows things out of proportion. It's a crazy kind of life. We're dysfunctional. We need our own TV show. I love my wife."

This isn't the couple's first alleged domestic incident -- back in 2009, Sara was accused of stabbing Tony after an argument went nuclear.

The pop singer went nude for Nivea’s new campaign celebrating the cosmetic brand’s 100th anniversary.

In the photo, Rihanna sports a fresh makeup-free face; however, four of her tattoos can be seen peeking out.

“The 100 Years Skincare for Life” campaign kicks off in May with a series of celebratory events, which will coincide with the launch of Rihanna’s LOUD world tour.

ARETHA APPEARS ON WENDY WILLIAMS

I still can't believe that Aretha Franklin went on the Wendy Williams show for her first post illness interview.



Surprisingly, she didn't go into too many details around how she lost 85 pounds, but she did mention some menu changes.

First things first: Lose any food that's smothered in hot sauce.

"That's off the menu now ... and no pig feet, either," Aretha Franklin said good-naturedly on The Wendy Williams Show Wednesday.

"I've been looking at a lot of pictures, and I was saying [to myself], 'You were entirely too fat for words,' " the 18-time Grammy winner said with a laugh.

"I was doing everything you could to lose that weight, and it's hard," she said. "It's just really hard. [But] you can't continue eating things that will hurt you eventually."

As for her much buzzed-about health following surgery for a mystery ailment back in December, Franklin did not specify the nature of the problem, but talked instead about how she's feeling now.

"A lot of things were said," Franklin noted of the widespread rumors about her health (most pervasive: that she was battling pancreatic cancer).

"I left that behind," she added. "And I couldn't be feeling any better than I'm feeling right now."

SERENA WILLIAMS SUFFERED FROM PULMONARY EMBOLISM

Serena Williams looked stunning at Sunday night's Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party – but, privately, the tennis ace was struggling with a serious health scare that took a dramatic turn on Monday.



Williams, 29, had been spotted at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles several times over the past week.

"Monday Serena Williams underwent emergency treatment at Cedars for a hematoma she suffered as a result of treatment for a more critical situation," the rep says in an exclusive statement.

"Last week, Serena suffered from a pulmonary embolism [a blood clot in the lungs] which was discovered upon her return to L.A. She had been in New York for doctor appointments for the ongoing issues with her foot."

The rep added, "Doctors are continuing to monitor her situation closely to avoid additional complications."

MINORITY REPORT: CHRISTINA'S MUG SHOT RELEASED

Christina Aguilera's bleary-eyed mugshot for her public drunkenness bust hit the web via E! News.

The 30-year-old singer was taken into custody "for her own protection," L.A. County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Steve Whitmore told reporters. Aguilera was a passenger in a car driven by beau Matthew Rutler, who was pulled over by cops in West Hollywood and arrested for driving under the influence.

The couple were "cooperative" during their arrest, Sgt. Michael Thomas of West Hollywood Sheriff's Department said. Aguilera, who was released around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, will not be prosecuted.

"It is a public welfare issue. She was incapacitated and not able to take care of herself," spokesperson Whitmore explained.

So Beyoncé's latest photo shoot came under fire Wednesday when images of the singer's famous face appeared in the pages of a French fashion magazine - covered in dark paint.

L'Officiel Paris chose the diva to don different colorful garbs and headpieces in a nod to Nigerian musician and human rights activist Fela Kuti in an "African Queen"-themed 90th anniversary issue.

The singer reportedly went to see the Broadway show "Fela!" - for which Jay-Z is a co-producer - and was so inspired by the music that she's even incorporated the legendary musician's sounds in her upcoming album.

Critics, however, quickly raised their eyebrows - and voices - in protest over what they deemed another instance of offensive blackface for the sake of fashion, while fans of the shoot argued that the look had artistic value.

The publication issued a statement, asserting that Beyoncé was "voluntarily darkened" and that the entire shoot was a tribute to the star's "African roots."

"The designs are all reflective of the African influence on fashion this season," the magazine said in a statement. "As for the artistic make-up, the inspiration came from several African rituals during which paint is used on the face.

"We find the images beautiful and inspiring," the editors said, defending their decision.

No one from Beyoncé's camp has yet spoken out in response to the Internet buzz.

And Ye's tweets aren't his only personal expression that's causing controversy.

The video for his song "All of the Lights" has been pulled from YouTube over concerns that it may cause people with photosensitive epilepsy to have seizures.

"We are really pleased it has been taken down," Epilepsy Action wrote in a statement on its website. "We're not quite sure yet whether it is YouTube or Kanye West's representatives who have made this decision, or if it is a permanent move. For now we are delighted that our fears have been listened to and people with photosensitive epilepsy are no longer at risk."

JUDGE LIFTS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST CHRIS BROWN

Two years after Chris Brown assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna, an L.A. judge decided to give the R&B superstar a second chance.

During a court hearing in L.A. Tuesday, a judge replaced Rihanna's previous restraining order with a level one order, meaning that the exes can have contact provided Brown, 21, does not harass, annoy or molest the "S&M" singer.

According to TMZ, Rihanna, 23, did not appear in court, though her attorney Donald Etra did. He informed the judge that Rihanna has no objections to the new order.

In August 2009, L.A. Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg put a five-year restraining order in effect, which required Brown to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna. If the two planned to attend the same industry event, the proximity was reduced to 10 yards.

FINALLY.... CARMELO TRADED TO THE KNICKS

Carmelo Anthony is headed to the Knicks and that could mean that Donnie Walsh is leaving.

James Dolan pulled the trigger on a blockbuster deal for Anthony, the Brooklyn-born All-Star forward, who for months was angling for an opportunity to join forces with Amar'e Stoudemire in New York.

The price was steep as the Knicks traded Danilo Gallinari, Raymond Felton, Wilson Chandler and rookie center Timofey Mozgov to the Denver Nuggets. They also gave Denver $3 million in cash plus a 2014 first round pick and two second round picks the Knicks acquired from Golden State in last summer's sign-and-trade with David Lee.

The Knicks get Anthony - who as part of the deal will get a 3-year, $65M extension - Chauncey Billups, Shelden Williams, Renaldo Balkman and Anthony Carter.

The deal was completed late Monday night when Dolan, the Chairman of Madison Square Garden, included Mozgov in the trade. The Nuggets had insisted on Mozgov while Walsh and head coach Mike D'Antoni felt the Knicks were giving up too much even without Mozgov in the trade.

While New York will be buzzing Wednesday when Anthony makes his Garden debut in a Knicks uniform, the trade will likely create massive upheaval in the front office.

Walsh, the Knicks president, was over-ruled on the trade by Dolan, who was being advised by Isiah Thomas. Walsh's contract expires in June and according to sources close to the 69-year-old basketball lifer, Walsh will walk away.

Incredibly, there were deals all throughout the NBA that were being held up essentially because of Mozgov. When informed Monday that he might be the most important player in the NBA as of this moment, Mozgov replied, "Thank you.

"You told me this," he added. "I didn't know that. I will know this. It's great. But I don't feel nothing about it."

There are reports that the Nuggets, after making any deal with the Knicks, could send Mozgov, along with another player, to the Nets for first-round picks. That would unite Mozgov with fellow Russian Mikhail Prokhorov, who owns the Nets.

While Prokhorov could end up with the two Knicks, Dolan won the border war, not only landing Anthony but keeping him out of New Jersey.

"This is Jim and the Russian and Jim does not want to lose to Prokhorov, which is why I think the Knicks will overpay for Carmelo," one league official said before the trade was completed. "It looks like they are both willing to overpay for him."
