Looks like TMZ has obtained the first picture that shows "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak with her infamous sugar daddy -- better known as "Big Poppa."

The photo was taken last November at the Hotel Atlantis in the Bahamas

DEATH THREATS FOR JAY-Z AND BEYONCE?

A man in Detroit was charged Tuesday with mailing threatening letters to Jay-Z, his wife, Beyoncé, and football star Jerome Bettis.
The complaint, filed by Bettis, stated that Leon Desmond Barrett has been sending the three threats since 2006. To no surprise Barrett denies the allegations, and claims the letters were sent because of a legitimate — but unknown — dispute with the former Pittsburgh Steelers running back.

KANYE WEST, RIHANNA & JAY-Z TO HIT LENO

The Sept. 14 launch of the new prime-time The Jay Leno Show will not only bring a leaner host – who recently dropped 12 lbs. – but Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kanye West, NBC has announced.



The trio are scheduled to perform "Run This Town" from Jay-Z's latest album, The Blueprint 3"]. For Rihanna, the appearance will mark one of her first major public performances since the February assault against Chris Breezy.

She will reprise her role in Tyler Perry's comedy sequel "Why Did I Get Married Too."

"Why Did I Get Married Too" has been set for release on April 2, the start of next year's Easter weekend. The first pic, based on Perry's stage play, grossed $55 million domestically.

CHRIS BROWN SENTENCING RESCHEDULED

Chris Brown's sentencing for his felony assault on Rihanna has been delayed three weeks because the terms of his six-month community labor sentence have yet to be clarified.



"We still have not received from Virginia what their community labor proposal would be," said L.A. Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg at a hearing Wednesday. "I do not favor community service, I favor something along the lines of Caltrans [freeway cleanup]."

The sentencing was rescheduled to Aug. 27.

Brown attended the hearing with his mother and three others. Rihanna did not attend.

In a deal with prosecutors struck last month, Brown pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna, and is expected to be sentenced to five years probation and six months – more than 1,400 hours – of community labor. He'll also be ordered to complete a year of domestic violence classes and to pay fines. A second felony charge of making criminal threats is expected to be dropped.

JAY-Z TO PEN BOOK?

The New York Observer claims that Jay-Z pitched three book ideas, and that Spiegel & Grau expressed interest in a book consisting of Jay-Z's lyrics and the stories behind them. The project would represent Jay-Z's first literary work, though a publish date remains unknown.



Don't look for the book to mention his wife Beyonce. Talking to Extra, Beyonce says: "I think he's doing a book - it actually is not a biography. It [the marriage story] is never gonna happen."

JAY-Z'S ALBUM COVER HITS THE NET

Jay-Z posted the above image — a cornucopia of white-painted instruments — on his official Website today, which he's revealed will be the cover of his eagerly anticipated The Blueprint 3. The cover echoes BP3’s concept, Jay’s reliance on live instruments. As for those three red streaks, we’re assuming it represents that this is the third Blueprint.

KATHERINE GETS CUSTODY

On Monday a judge signed off on a deal granting Katherine Jackson custody of Prince Michael I, 12; Paris, 11; and Prince Michael II (a.k.a. "Blanket"), 7.



Looks like she got some help from Joe as he told the court he'll only occasionally see the children.

"I have had a close family relationship with these grandchildren since their birth," Joseph Jackson said in the document signed July 13. "I do visit the family residence from time to time and will continue to do so, however I will not be involved in raising the children."

Although still married to the Los Angeles-based Katherine, Joseph lives in a separate house in Las Vegas.

"I understand that all decision-making authority regarding the children will rest with Katherine Jackson," Joseph continued. "Katherine Jackson is a wonderful caretaker and guardian, and has done an excellent job raising our children and other grandchildren."

PAULA ABDUL LEAVES AMERICAN IDOL

Paula Abdul won't be at the judge's table on American Idol, the network announced Tuesday night.



"Paula Abdul has been an important part of the American Idol family over the last eight seasons and we are saddened that she has decided not to return to the show," Fox says in a statement. "While Paula will not be continuing with us, she's a tremendous talent and we wish her the best."

RIHANNA ISN'T AFRAID

Apparently, Rihanna isn't afraid of Chris Breezy. The NY Daily News reports:

The 21-year-old "Umbrella" singer wants a less-stringent "level one" order, with no distance requirement, her lawyer said.

"Our position has not changed. We still believe a level one is sufficient. It would protect her against Chris annoying, harassing or molesting her in any way," said Rihanna's lawyer Donald Etra. "She doesn't feel it's necessary [to have a 50-yard buffer]."

Brown, 20, pleaded guilty in June to one count of felony assault stemming from a Feb. 8 attack on the gorgeous Grammy winner in a rented Lamborghini after a pre-awards show party.

The formerly squeaky-clean star is expected to receive five years' probation and be ordered to complete 180 days, or more than 1,400 hours, of community labor and 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling.

"I am sorry. ... I wish I had the chance to live those few moments again, but unfortunately I can't," Brown said in a taped apology last month. "What I did was inexcusable. I am very sad and very ashamed of what I've done."

The ex-lovers recently made headlines when they checked into separate rooms at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Columbus Circle the weekend of July 25. Reps denied talk of a reunion.

"There was no intentional violation [of the court order]," Etra said. "My understanding is they were at the hotel at the same time, but it was pure coincidence."

RACHEL ROY TEAMS WITH ESTELLE

Rachel Roy will partner with "American Boy" singer Estelle to create a jewelry line, according to Women's Wear Daily. Roy, the estranged wife of music mogul Damon Dash, revealed the news recently via Twitter and reported that the collection will debut in spring 2010. Estelle has also designed a T-shirt for H&M's recent AIDS-related campaign and collection.

Last Tuesday night after Bang Bang tatted Chris’s forearm, he returned the favor by putting a cartoon face on Bang Bang’s leg with the word “Bang” above it.

EMINEM FIRES BACK

Looks like Eminem is firing back at Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon after the release of her single "Obsession."

Eminem’s diss, entitled “Warning,” features him chastising Carey for denying their alleged relationship back in 2001, and threatening to expose pictures and voicemails he’s retained since the end of their contact.

Looks like Rihanna is on to a new fashion trend....sparkly pasties.


Tuesday night she stepped out to a Katy Perry concert in New York with the strategic undergarments.

The Barbadian beauty wore a striped mini skirt and a sheer black top, which turned transparent under the glare of the paparazzi's flashes. But the smart singer had a pair of bright pink pasties under her shirt, preventing any unwanted photo ops.

It's not the first time the stylista has used pasties to avoid style slip-ups. While partying in Las Vegas on the Fourth of July, Rihanna wore a pair of sequined pasties underneath a black blazer.

It looks like Rihanna has wised up to the paparazzi's ways of capturing more than meets the eye.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush have split.
