Jim Jones: I don’t know if the song “Big Brother” was correct, but he might’ve hated him since he didn’t give him those tickets to Madison Square Garden.

Damon Dash: This was before that. He was already in full hate by that time. [Laughs.] This nigga [Kanye] was like, “Wow, he ain’t going to give me the chain.” I had to take off my chain and give it to him, and I was heated. I had the real canary diamonds. That shit cost $40,000! I told Kanye, “Yo, you got to give that back when we get off this stage!”

Jim, do you have any theories?

Jim Jones: Jay-Z never sells as much as Kanye. Jay-Z wishes he could sell as many records as Kanye. So he’s only beating him with terrible swag. Like over there, their swag is terrible. They having a terrible swag contest. It’s really bad over there.

You warned Kanye to keep your name out of his mouth after he said some things about you and Juelz closing Summer Jam. Would you ever fully go at him?

Jim Jones: Kanye?! I like making jokes about him, but Kanye is somebody you can just punch his chest old-school style, cave his chest in and shit like that. Like don’t ever, ever, ever talk about me again in your life! It’s just a joke to me. I’m just having fun. I heard him ranting and raving about my name and shit. How would I look having an issue with Kanye? I’d love to work with him. I need a beat from him. I think that’s why I’m most mad. Matter fact, I’ma fuck you up if you don’t give me a beat! [Laughs.]

One of the freelance limo drivers who worked for U's mama's Atlanta-based transportation company has just filed a complaint with the Dekalb County PD -- claiming she never forked over his $1,668 paycheck after he worked the awards.

Dekalb County detectives are currently on the case. A rep for the company tells us, "The drivers were hired as independent contractors and are paid 30-45 days net when working on special events of the magnitude of the BET Hip Hop Awards that took place on Oct. 18th. They were hired at the recommendation of an employee who was recently terminated by JCarr and are disgruntled that their services are no longer being used by the company as a result of the unprofessional nature of the fired employee."

In the wake of recent news that naughty photos of Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon had made their way onto the internet, OK! has confirmed that the Disney pop trio is no longer slated to be a part of a huge holiday tradition — the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade in NYC.

Of course, while we're hearing that it is indeed the nude pix of Adrienne that have removed the Cheetahs from Macy's roll call of superstars for next week's parade, the official line from the department store tells a different story.

"Performer confirmations are always fluid and subject to change for any live event," a rep for Macy's tells OK! in a statement. "In fact we just received confirmations of three new acts this week. The Cheetah Girls were scheduled to appear in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, but due to scheduling issues they could not make it."

Yeah... scheduling conflicts. Because they had something to do on Thanksgiving other than make a high-profile appearance on a parade that is watched by millions of people around the world.

DAME BAD MOUTHS JAY-Z...AGAIN

Poor Dame....when it rains it pours. It seems in the face of his own financial crisis he has started to bad mouth Jay-Z...again. The NY Daily News reports:

Damon Dash is telling more tales about his estranged business partner, Jay-Z. His latest: that Jigga set off a feud with Kanye West by refusing to bestow his bling on Kanye.

Dash claims the simmering beef dates back to a 2003 Chicago concert, where the then-up-and-coming Kanye expected ruling Roc-A-Fella artist Jay to "knight" him by presenting him with a gleaming chain.

But, according to Dash, Jay didn't want to fork over the chain.

"This n- [Kanye ] was like, 'Wow. [Jay-Z] ain't going to give me the chain,'" Dash alleges in December's Complex magazine. "I had to take off my chain and give it to him, and I was heated. I had the real canary diamonds. That s- cost $40,000! I told Kanye, 'Yo, you got to give that back when we get off this stage!'"

Dash contends that after Jay-Z violated the code of hip-hop chivalry, "Kanye hated Jay-Z."

But a rep for Kanye tells us the story is "ridiculous and totally false."

Others suggested that Dash, whose business relationship with Jay ended badly, has trotted out the story to hype his latest protege, rapper Jim Jones.

"This is sad," says one source. "Damon does this every time he's promoting an artist. He just makes things up."

Despite Dash's feud claim, Kanye and Jay have performed several times together since the supposed bling diss.

"They're both on [Def Jam]," says a source. "They're friends and always have been."

Another hip-hop insider added, "No one has ever said that Kanye hated Jay. [West, Jay-Z and Dash] were all together at one point every single day. To say he hated him back then is silly."

"Damon wants to blow [Jim Jones] up," the source agreed, noting that Dash is producing a documentary about Jones in which Dash introduces the rapper to influential acquaintances, like Vogue editor Anna Wintour. "We'll see how this plays out."

Reps for Jay-Z and Dash didn't return calls. The full interview with Dash and Jones appears tomorrow on Complex.com.

WANDA SYKES OUT THE CLOSET

Wanda Sykes says the passage of a same-sex marriage ban in California has led to her be more outspoken about being gay.

"You know, I don't really talk about my sexual orientation. I didn't feel like I had to. I was just living my life, not necessarily in the closet, but I was living my life," Sykes told a crowd at a gay rights rally in Las Vegas on Saturday.

"Everybody that knows me personally they know I'm gay. But that's the way people should be able to live their lives," she said.

Sykes, who is known for her feisty and blunt style, said the passage of California's Proposition 8 made her feel like she was "attacked."

"Now, I gotta get in their face," she said. "I'm proud to be a woman. I'm proud to be a black woman, and I'm proud to be gay."

Sykes' appearance at the Las Vegas rally surprised organizers. She was in town performing at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

GV Says: Good for Wanda...whether homosexuality is wrong shouldn't be a decision that government makes nor I so I'm not going to. It's a spiritual decision that people have to take accountability for morally. We've got to stop categorizing sins as big or little. KATT COMMITTED?

Katt Williams was committed to a mental hospital on Friday after family members became alarmed by his erratic behavior.



Katt arrived in Sumter less than a week after being arrested on weapons charges in New York, and being a no-show for a scheduled November 4 appearance on “Late Night with Conan O’Brien.”

Soon after his arrival at the Mount Vernon Inn, motel employees became alarmed after seeing Williams wandering the property early in the morning, clad in just a bathrobe and a towel wrapped around his head.

When police arrived Williams allegedly asked for directions to the nearest hospital, and was allowed to leave since no crime had taken place.

Instead of the hospital, local attorney Garryl Deas reported that a paranoid Williams appeared at his law firm at 9:00 AM seeking assistance.

The Ohio native claimed the police had “violated his rights” and other unknown parties were conspiring against him.

“His demeanor was a little troubled, disoriented,” Deas told The Item newspaper. “He just said that he doesn’t trust anyone anymore. [That] everyone has turned against him. He wasn’t really coherent.”

Two family members then arrived, pleading with Williams to come with them to seek medical attention.

Williams allegedly rebuffed them. The family members subsequently returned at 12:00 PM, with deputies under orders to escort the comedian/actor to the nearest mental health facility.

Although vocally adamant about not going, Williams reportedly did not physically resist the intervention.

According to South Carolina law, an individual can only be committed if he or she is viewed as a risk to commit murder or suicide.

DAME DASH FACING FINANCIAL WOES

When the checks stop rolling in....The NY Daily News is reporting that Dame is broke



A bank wants his Tribeca condos, the city is seizing his SUV and his lawyer dropped him for not paying his legal bills.

It's not easy being Damon Dash, has-been hip-hop mogul.

The co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records and Rocawear - who in 2005 sold his share in the clothing empire to Jay-Z for $20 million - is under assault in Manhattan Supreme Court from lawyers, lenders and landlords fed up with not getting paid.

The fall has been a dizzying one for Dash, who has gone from owning Keds, a vodka company and 1,300 pairs of shoes to dodging bills and accusing a former accountant of ripping him off for millions of dollars.

"I've worked with musicians, artists and entertainers that in the eyes of the media are very wealthy," said lawyer Jason Gabbard, who represented a fashion firm that settled a suit against Dash and his wife over $148,505 in unpaid fees. "But to borrow a phrase from my Kentucky homeland, they haven't got a pot to p--- in - they're broke."

A Manhattan judge this week ordered the city to seize Dash's Chevrolet Tahoe, since he wasn't making the $714.99 monthly payment on the leased SUV.

That October suit came on the heels of one in August, when Eastern Savings Bank foreclosed on the $7.3 million mortgage for two trendy Tribeca condos where the monthly $78,504.26 bill went unpaid for months.

Dash faces an outstanding $2.1 million tab with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, a $4,500 bill from the state for not paying workers' comp and a suit that says he stiffed the law firm that handled his child-custody case.

Dash even got dumped by another firm representing him in a $3.5 million suit against accountant-to-the-stars Barry Klarberg, who is accused of bungling his tax returns, costing him millions.

"The suit is meritorious and we wish him well with it," said Harry Lipman of Rottenberg Lipman Rich.

Dash's descent into an MC Hammer-like financial abyss is a far cry from 2006, when he boasted about his butler and chef in New York magazine and said he was worth "about $50 million."

Dash, 37, did not respond to interview requests. Spokeswoman Amanda Silverman said in e-mails Dash "won all of his lawsuits."

The record proves otherwise.

Court records show Dash settled two suits accusing him of not paying rent on two Manhattan offices, as well as suits charging he owed big bucks to fashion designer Charlotte Ronson, the fashion firm Showroom Seven and a security company that guards celebs.

"Quite simply, he got behind on his payments and it was necessary to go after him legally," said Mike Zimet, whose Bronx security firm sued Dash in 2005 over an $86,547 tab. "If you do the work, you want to get paid for it."

Turns out, Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon's "stolen nude photos" scandal was just a PR stunt.

Bailon and JJ's Dirt Web site founder Jonathan Jaxson leaked the story that racy shots were stolen from her laptop "purely to get attention."

In an interview with a local CBS affiliate, Jaxson confirmed they made up the scandal "to juice" things up.

Added Jaxson: "What better way to do that than to say that nude pictures could have been stolen from her laptop?"

GV Says: I know they say there's no such thing as bad publicity, but come on. You're on the Disney channel. And I'm sure you're making more bucks there than you were in 3LW. Don't mess up a good thing.

BEYONCE & SOLANGE TO APPEAR AT ROCKEFELLER CENTER

Beyonce, her sister Solange Knowles are among the celebrities who will be on hand for NBC's annual "Christmas in Rockefeller Center" telecast.

Hosted by Al Roker, this 76th formal tree lighting ceremony will also include the Jonas Brothers, Harry Connick Jr., David Cook and Rosie O'Donnell, the network announced Wednesday.

They will perform from Rockefeller Center's Art Deco plaza in the heart of Manhattan.

The live, hour-long special airs 8 p.m. EST Dec. 3.

The revelation came on the View today with Barbara Walters.

"I looked at him and I said, 'Are you pregnant again?" Walters revealed on The View Thursday when promoting her special What Is a Man, What Is a Woman? Journey of a Pregnant Man. "The baby will be born in June," she confirmed, adding, "I'm speechless." Beatie is in his first trimester and tells Walters that he did not resume taking testosterone after his daughter Susan's birth so he could have another baby. Beatie's wife, Nancy, is unable to have children because she had a hysterectomy.

AMERICAN IDOL CONESTANT COMMITS SUICIDE

Now this is a sad, but interesting story....


A former American Idol contestant apparently infatuated with Paula Abdul was found dead Tuesday night in a car near Abdul's Los Angeles house.

Paula Goodspeed, 30, a Season 5 contender whose audition performance of "Proud Mary" was panned and mocked by the judges, appears to have died of a drug overdose, police say.

"Ms. Goodspeed's mother had gone to [the sheriff's department] to report her daughter missing, and advised them that she might be suicidal," says Los Angeles police Capt. James Miller. "The sheriffs determined that Ms. Goodspeed may be up in the vicinity by Paula Abdul's house. Our officers discovered her vehicle parked on the street, and found her inside. She was unresponsive to officers."

The former American Idol hopeful found dead in an apparent suicide near Paula Abdul's home had been causing "a disturbance" there for several years, LAPD Capt. James Miller reports.

"Our station has been called to respond to Paula Abdul's house on multiple occasions over the last several years concerning Ms. Goodspeed," Miller says. "The last time our officers had contact with Goodspeed was in July."

There were no court records of a restraining order against Goodspeed.

"I can't say whether Ms. Abdul was directly harassed," Miller adds. "Ms. Goodspeed had been causing enough of a disturbance [to have police called]."

Five months after her failed Idol appearance, Goodspeed wrote on her MySpace page about her notoriety:

"It's very hard reading such awful things being written about yourself.....or hearing things being said..... not like alot of people would understand what it's like having so many haters," she wrote, "just because I made the mistake of trying out for a singing competition before I was even ready vocally, emotionally and physically."

She added: "I have to believe there is something good about me."

TRICK TRICK TAKES A SWIPE AT HOMOSEXUALS

Not afraid of an impending firestorm that could threaten his album’s success, Trick Trick explained that his anger comes from what he feels is mainstream society’s growing promotion of homosexuality as an acceptable lifestyle.

“It’s just that every time that you turn on the TV, that sissy s**t is on,” “And they act like its f**king okay. The world is changing for the worst when s**t like that happens. And I address that issue. I address it hard as hell.”

SON-IN-LAW OF LATE JAMES BROWN MURDERED

More tragic news for the Brown family....



Atlanta's CBS46.com is reporting that the son-in-law of the late singer James Brown was shot to death Wednesday night in the garage of his Buckhead home. Relatives of Darren “Chip” Lumar told the news station they believe the killing was a hit.

Investigators said the shooter was waiting for Lumar.

“When he drove up to park his car in the garage, he was confronted. An altercation of some sort took place. That’s when the victim was shot multiple times,” said Atlanta police Officer Eric Schwartz.

The neighborhood where Lumar lived is a gated community. “I think it was somebody that knew him,” Schwartz said.

Witnesses said after the gunman shot Lumar, it appeared the perpetrator was side-stepping away, as if he was looking to see if anyone was watching him. The witnesses said he then rounded a corner, possibly jumping a fence, and got into a car that was waiting for him.

The witnesses said Lumar then got into a car and drove four miles to Northside Hospital, where he died.

Lumar was married to Brown's daughter, Yamma Brown Lumar, who had recently divorced him. Sources close to the family and the case told CBS 46 that when Lumar arrived at the hospital, he had $4,000 in cash in his pocket.

Police said Monday they have not made any arrests and they don't have a motive.
