The 44-year-old actress has signed on to host a one-hour reality show for TV Land called 'The Cougar' that will show an "accomplished, beautiful and sexy woman" of a certain age as she looks for love from a pool of eligible younger men. "I'm so excited to be the guide for 'The Cougar's' quest for love," said Fox. "This show will prove to be empowering and enlightening for women everywhere. Plus, 20 hot guys gathered under one roof doesn't hurt!"

I think we all remember the fiasco called a relationship she had with 50 that ended abruptly with her famous phrase, "You can put that where, back there!"

VIVICA DENIES SEX TAPE

Vivica A. Fox wants to set the record straight when it comes to a rumored sex tape – there isn't one. "Vivica does not have a sex tape. If I did, I would be making my own money off of it," the Kill Bill actress told reporters backstage Saturday night at the taping of the inaugural BET Honors in Washington, D.C.



Reports of the tape swept the Internet earlier this month, but Fox says, "As a 43-year-old woman, I would never allow a man to put me in that position. If you see me having a love scene, it's going to be choreographed in a movie, and be fabulous."

In the words of Jay-Z, "we don't believe you, you need more people."

VIVICA FOX CAUGHT ON TAPE?

Vivica.....WTF? How does a grown woman get more silly with age. WTF?

Rumors are bubbling that a sex tape has surfaced featuring film and TV actress Vivica A. Fox.

According to Atlanta blogger Sandra Rose, Fox is allegedly caught on camera performing oral sex on an Atlanta man, who secretly recorded the act and promptly e-mailed the footage to his friends.

Rose wrote at her Web site:

"It was a tough decision for her to make, but V-103’s Porsche Foxx confirmed that her close friend Vivica Fox appears in a controversial sex tape that is currently making the rounds.
In the tape, an apparently inebriated Vivica can be seen on her knees servicing a male friend who surreptitiously taped the encounter on his cell phone. Allegedly the man, who lives in Atlanta, emailed the tape to friends who emailed it to Vivica. She quickly forwarded the tape to a friend at the Atlanta police department.
It isn’t known if Vivica filed an official complaint with the police or if she asked her police friend to handle the situation privately. At any rate, men tattle worse than females - especially here in the ATL - so the tape got out."

VIVICA PLEADS NO CONTEST

Vivica A. Fox pleaded no contest to DUI in a Van Nuys, Calif., courthouse Friday and was sentenced to three years' probation.

Judge Stephen Pfaler also ordered the Kill Bill star to complete a 90-day alcohol education program and fined her more than $400. Fox pleaded through her attorney and did not appear in court. On March 20, Fox was arrested for DUI on a Los Angeles freeway.

VIVICA FOX TURNS HERSELF IN

Vivica A. Fox turned herself in for booking Wednesday at a Los Angeles police station for her DUI case. Records show the actress was booked at 12:39 p.m.

Fox, 43, pleaded not guilty after her arrest March 20 on an L.A. highway. If convicted, the Kill Bill star and Dancing with the Stars alum faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

WITH VIVICA'S FRIENDS WHO NEEDS ENEMIES

According to the NY Daily News, Vivica Fox 's glam New York birthday party Tuesday night turned into a thorny mess.

Guests including Shaquille O'Neal, Brooke Hogan and Swizz Beatz were enjoying the festivities at Sol nightclub for her belated 43rd.

But the first bump in the evening came when a promised Rolls-Royce Phantom failed to appear at Mr. Chow to take Fox to the party. Her dinner companion, Star Jones, dropped her off instead.

Then there was a red carpet kerfuffle when Bronx rapper Remy Ma arrived uninvited.

"Remy and her management were asked not to attend by the club in advance, due to her pending court case for attempted murder," says an organizer. But like any good diva, she continued to strut on the red carpet until "she was turned away at the door by a wall of security."

The next day, a check for Fox's $2,500 appearance fee was rejected by her bank because it was drawn on a closed account.

When contacted by the Daily News, celebrity stylist Messiah McNair admitted he bounced the check, and promised to replace the money. But a little later he called back, clearly irked at Fox that the information had got out.

"You can say she was drinking," McNair claimed. Earlier this month, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge barred Fox from consuming alcohol, pending her upcoming arraignment on a March DUI.

"I poured red wine for her into a can of Red Bull so she could drink," McNair claimed. "She asked me to do that."
