MINORITY REPORT: LINDSAY LOHAN ARRESTED AGAIN

What the heezy people.......Lindsay Lohan was arrested again in Santa Monica, Calif., early Tuesday morning on suspicion of drunken driving after a brief car chase.

Her attorney said Lohan, recently released from rehab, had "relapsed" and was receiving "medical care." The actress, 21, was searched in the police station and a "small" amount of cocaine was found in her pocket, says Santa Monica police spokesman Lt. Alex Padilla. Lohan – who was wearing her alcohol-detection ankle bracelet at the time of her arrest – was booked for DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended license, says Padilla. Two Breathalyzer tests determined Lohan's blood-alcohol level was .12 percent and .13 (the legal limit is .08). She also took a urine test, and may face an additional charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance if cocaine is found in her system, Padilla says.

This just goes to show that money doesn't make you happy. Sometimes it's the root of your down-fall.

Houston rapper Lil Flip has been charged with credit card fraud.

The rapper, whose real name is Wesley Weston, turned himself into the Harris County Sheriff's Department on Saturday.

Flip insists he is innocent and the whole incident is a misunderstanding. The rapper posted $2,000 bond and was released.

Sources say Usher is trying to shut down usherforever.com because the woman behind the site, Erika Jackson, doesn't care for his fiancee, Tameka Foster.



"He's had his lawyer send her papers," said an insider.

The singer wrote: "It's disturbing that the media and bloggers (under the guise as 'fans') continuously speculate on the personal aspects of my life."
Usherforever.com repeated a scathing response to that letter, originally from Rolling Stone, which called the move "petty."
