NY Mag has announced their best and worst for December fashion mags. Apparently, they didn't like Solange's look. Worst Makeup - Solange Knowles in Paper GV Says: I have to admit...I like Solange's swagger in general and I like her look here. 
We get that she’s trying to be quirky and Paper-y, but Solange Knowles needs a weed whacker for those eyelashes. And she probably shouldn’t have stuck bits of Post-its on her face.
