Bossip.com has reported that writer/producer Quincy Jones, 73, is dating aspiring fashion designer Heba Elawadi, 19. They recently attended the Ludacris Bridges “Release Therapy” listening party on August 21, 2006 at Social Hollywood in Hollywood, California. Elwadi left Egypt at the age of 15 in 2002 for London.
