Two days after shaving her head bald, Britney Spears kept her new look under wraps in a blonde wig as she left The Roxy in West Hollywood on Sunday. The singer turned up with a girlfriend to celebrate a friend's birthday karaoke bash.
Again, what's really going on here? She shaves her head only to put on a $20 wig....
