Britney Spears has entered rehab, the singer's manager Larry Rudolph, confirmed. "Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today," Rudolph says in a statement. "We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time." The latest news caps off a wild holiday weekend for the pop star, who shaved her head, got two new tattoos and was spotted partying in West Hollywood over the last several days.
During Britney Spears's recent wild weekend, her ex, Kevin Federline, canceled plans to party in Las Vegas during the NBA All-Star weekend in order to stay in Los Angeles to be available for the couple's children.
Trista and Ryan Sutter of The Bachelorette are expecting their first child. America's favorite reality show couple met while taping The Bachelorette in 2002. They married in a televised 2003 special on ABC.
