MEL B. IS TAKING EDDIE MURPHY TO COURT

Looks like Melanie Brown a.k.a. Scary Spice is taking ex-boyfriend Eddie Murphy to court to force him to take a paternity test.


"He's not doing a DNA test and he's not signing the birth certificate," Brown told People magazine Tuesday at a party for the U.S. launch of the BOOTS beauty brand in Hollywood.

"So it's going to have to go to court so he can be forced to do it, which is strange since he was the one asking for it."

Brown, 31, maintains that Murphy, 46, is her new baby's father, although he told a Dutch TV show in December: "I don't know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test."

Wow....She's not playing. Eddie, this is definitely your baby. Homegirl has done several magazine spreads and is about to take you to court.....Yeah, it's your baby. The million dollar question is why would he flip the script like that.
