T.I., Nelly, Ludacris and a host of other rappers are gearing up to try their hand at the world of martial arts on BET's new show "Iron Ring."

The show, which will premiere on the network next week, will include celebrities from worlds of hip-hop, sports and entertainment acting as owners and managers of various mixed martial arts teams.

The 13-episode series will include Rick Ross managing the Money Mayweather Boys, Ludacris representing Team Luda, Nelly representing Team Nelly, T.I., Big Kuntry, Young Dro and DJ Drama leading Team Grand Hustle, Juelz Santana and Jim Jones leading the Dipset team and Lil Jon will be paired with the Head Busters. The teams will be battling for $100,000 in prize money.

"When I heard BET was bringing Iron Ring to the air ... I wanted to be involved in any way I could," Luda said via a statement. "What people will get out of Iron Ring is that it's less about the man in the fight and more about the fight in the man."

The teams will consist of skilled fighters who will utilize several different fighting styles and techniques including jiu-jitsu, judo, karate, boxing, kickboxing and wrestling. The show will chronicle the entire process ranging from the fighters' try-outs and practices up to the live championship match. The show is also the first of its kind to be aired on BET.

"Iron Ring" premieres on BET on Tuesday, March 18 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

This should be interesting.
