When at first you don't succeed, try, try try again.....That's exactly what Kelly Rowland is doing. The songstress was spotted arriving at the Reagan International airport in Washington D.C. to promote the re-release of Ms. Kelly.
Hopefully things pan out a little better....Not sure if she even went gold the first time around.
