RAPPER FOXY BROWN EXPELLED FROM ANGER MANAGEMENT

Rapper Foxy Brown was allegedly kicked out of anger management - for being too angry for staffers to manage, probation officials have charged.

"Staff members said she threatened to become physically harmful," probation lawyer Matilda Leo told Brown's judge in Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday, speaking of a recent battle over billing at a Brooklyn anger-management counseling office.

"She was threatening to file a lawsuit," the probation lawyer told the judge.

It was a battle over a bill that got Brown in trouble in the first place. She was sentenced in August to three years' probation - with drug testing and anger-management sessions - after admittedly punching two Chelsea nail-salon workers in a dispute over a $20 manicure.

The probation lawyer said the judge should consider throwing Brown into the hoosegow after her latest antics.
