50 CENT & TONY YAYO ARE HIT WITH SUIT

James Rosemond - whose dad Jimmy [Henchman] Rosemond runs Czar Entertainment and manages The Game - has accused Tony Yayo of smacking him around and is suing the G-Unit rap stars for a big bucks payout.

It's hard to believe that a 14-year-old boy walking on E. 25th St. at 6 in the evening was attacked by four adult males just because of the shirt he was wearing," said Richard Reich, the teen's lawyer.

Yayo dodged assault charges in the March 2007 encounter but was ordered to perform 10 hours of community service for harassment. Another man, Lawal Fletcher, was locked up after copping to smacking Rosemond.

The suit by angry mom Cynthia Reed also targets Fletcher, several record companies and 50 Cent, who wasn't in New York during the street scrap and not charged.
