Ne-yo faces more concert woes.
The singer is facing a suit over a missed New Year’s Eve concert in Bellevue, Washington.
He had been booked for what was to be a ‘big’ New Year’s Bash at the Meydenbauer Center. Unfortunately for fans who paid $75 - $1,200 for tickets and exclusive VIP access Ne-Yo only showed up via a club television screen.
Maryland based Wet Entertainment has filed suit against the singer claiming they paid him $95k up front.
Wet alleges they also paid for the singer’s promotion, travel and hotel arrangements.
Wet Entertainment is according to TMZ, asking for the $95k it paid upfront and an additional $1 million in damages.
