Jennifer Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony are suing a British stroller company for using their images and their twins' for an advertisement without their permission.
On Wednesday, the couple filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court claiming Silver Cross used a picture of them with their twin son and daughter, one-year-old Max and Emme, in their strollers without consent.
They allege that Silver Cross is deceiving the public into believing that they are endorsing and sponsoring the brand.
The couple are seeking a minimum of $5 million in damages, as well as a permanent injunction against any further use of their names or images in the company's advertising and any profit they made by using their images.
